Hi! I’m not sure, I’m guessing it depends on your location.
-
You can do both at the same time but you’ll need to make sure to follow the rest days. If you’re short in time just start with the 30 day take off. 😀
-
Hi, welcome!! The 30 day take off includes stretching and it’s there to help those who’ve been sedentary, new to exercise or coming back from injury.
If you’d like the focus only on flexibility then go with the 30 days to flexy. Otherwise, the 30 day take off is the more complete program.💜

Hi!! The 30 day take off program is a great place to start! Otherwise try using any of the strength building routines found in the routine section. ðŸ˜

I danced today ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

I would avoid the rug. Also if you want to wear heels it will be in the way. Low pole and floorwork isn’t fun on a rug either! 😋

Try using something called the shock method. It was used often with the first generation xpole, they had the bolt at the top.
Place the wrench on the nut and with a hammer quickly and with power hit the wrench with the hammer.
Option 2 I’m not sure if this is ok for your pole but PB blaster works for releasing seized up metal on our motorcycles.

Hi, we no longer offer an affiliate program. 😊

Effiekaidas9910 You need to have a beam/joist under any pole you install.

Man they have a bunch of names for x-poles now, I remember when it was just an xpert and xport. lol I don’t recall what the NX would be but 200 seems like a good deal if it really is slightly used. wouldn’t hurt to ask for 150-175.

I FINALLY took down my studio set up and had a proper workout and small bit of pole today.

Making a video for ya

I’m not familiar with Lupit you’ll have to email them as see. From my experience, a warped pole stays warped…
-
That’s great to hear, Jihaleh!
-
I’ve not had time to pole but I’ve do a little roller skating and yesterday my husband and I put a new exhaust on my motorcycle so that was a workout!
-
That’s great news!

I should have week 5 ready to share later today or tomorrow.

It’s ready to go, but with all that’s going on in the world, I’m postponing any new content or VIP announcements.
I’m focused on something else I’d like to do for the city of Minneapolis and the less fortunate neighborhoods that have been destroyed. The police force in MN needs to be cleaned up so black and brown people can enjoy the same treatment as white people. It’s been an issue there for way too long…
I lived in Minneapolis and the surrounding areas with my husband and first 3 kids for 10 yrs. I started pole dancing there, learned to ride motorcycles and discovered my sexy side there. We still have beautiful friends of all races in and near the city. I want to help 💜
Well…that got longer than I expected..lol VIP will be back but not this week. I’m glad you’re looking forward to it!

It will all depend on why it feels slippy. If it’s sweaty, greasy hands or body try an antiperspirant grip aid, AVOID waxy or sticky grip aids!!!!
If the pole is cold and your hands are cool and dry… warm the pole and your body. Try using this warm up https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/525b64a6-b328-401e-85e7-456c0ac37250 If you still slip even after a warm up, try a grip aid mix like this https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/5e418c06-b198-4d3d-a806-7ffeac110005 with mighty grip powder over it.
If you need to warm or clean residue off the pole try steaming it. https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/50ccac91-674c-4915-8e13-3b120ac37250

The red ones are 8 inches. I find 7 inch is nice for those new to dance heels. Something to know, clear heels are heavier than colored, I personally find them clunky.

Ouch Phonenix, how that toe heals quick!
I’m looking forward to a possible stretching session tonight, it’s been a LOOOOONG time since I’ve shut the door, lowered the lights and stretched.
-
Sounds like it’s time to focus on flexibility or strengthening for now 💜
-
That looks like a great place to set up a pole. They appear to be normal joists 🥰
