Lol not a program for splits. I’ve split the program into 14 day for Beginners and 30 for adv. I should’ve been more clear 😉

I’m getting closer! I’ve turned it into a split program, it’s 14 days long for beginners and 30 days for anyone who is advanced level. I’m trying hard to accommodate all skill levels because some will want to learn that are totally new to pole and others might have been poling for years.

Not really. They’re great for ppl who have super sweaty hands and antiperspirant grip aids don’t work for them.

Hmmm I don’t know what would cause the joint to not go all the way in, other than making sure it’s closed all the way (which you did) Did you try swapping it around with the other joint?

If you’re going really slow on spin you’ll get a back and forth action with a lot of moves. You can always post a video if you want me to see what’s going on.

Now that school is out and my second oldest son has graduated, all family will be flying home soon and I’ll have my house and time back!
I’m hoping to have the Spinning pole program ready to film within the coming week. It will still take me a bit to edit and upload everything but hopefully it will be ready end of June or July. All depends on life. 🙂
I’m excited to get back to working out and filming.

That’s the thing I don’t think most ppl get. It’s not easy or beginner stuff just because you don’t always to tricks. The arms to soooo much work! Love the creative!!!!!

I’m terrible with remembering others chorography!
Try what I do in the lessons here, break it down into sections and if you can see it in slow motion that’s helpful. If they’ve done a voice over I find that most helpful.

That looks like a good website! With something like that available I don’t know that I’ll worry about exotic lessons here.

Honestly, if you’re using my lessons you want have to plan anything. I’d try anyone of the 30 day programs or VIP plans. They’re mostly under an hour long, include warm ups and stretches.

Are you taking about working in a Strip Club? If so I’d do some research on the particular club you’d like to work for. Know what their rules are, like some don’t allow thong some want you to wear long evening gown dresses. Others don’t care.
