The 30 day take off is exactly what you’re looking for http://m.youtube.com/watch?list=PLyXWQXP3dueofybLatPPuLCbvfSPF2oSF&v=e4KzMIIbZH0&feature=plpp

We’ve tried to keep the lessons very reasonable for the amount of information and help you’ll receive once you sign up. If you go the self taught route by using youtube or other random videos then please be sure to start with strength and conditioning before moving on to spins and invert. You’ll find a lot of moves on YT listed as
“beginner” but without the proper preparation you at greater risk for injury.

Are you asking about the SV pole? There are 2 sizes that adjust 8-9 and 9-10 ft. You can check out the videos on the shopping page https://www.studioveena.com/shopping

Windex is fine it’s how I clean my SV pole, from what I’ve been told it’s the amount of alcohol in the cleaner that matters, so don’t use super strong straight up rubbing alcohol it can dull the finish of the SV pole. However I find I hardly ever need to just anything on my SV pole, I just use a clean towel and wipe everything off, I do not use much for grip aids on this pole, I just don’t need to. Steaming it is alway an option for deep cleaning too if you don’t want to use windex. 🙂

Chrome is NOT good if you sweat, go with Brass or Powder coated, these won’t be perfect, but much better then chrome. You’re well within the weight range for the SV pole and any other quality pole. I would contact Lil Mynx if you have questions about using reinforcement.

Thank you both! Yes, I think public schooling at home is more what we are looking for. We do like our schools in NV and the kids all do very well here. It’s more about options for traveling families then trying to move away from traditional school. Chances are they would only do Connections for a year then go back to school, but who knows, I never thought I’d be living in Vegas. lol

We can have the SV pole cut shorter at no cost. 🙂
