That’s great! 😊

Lola, I assumed she meant the feeling and look you’re muscles have after lifting, they get larger and fuller, but it doesn’t last.

The pole on any stage will feel wobbly because there’s nothing holding it at the top. I have both the lite and regular, but alway use the light. It’s just easier to move around and makes getting on and off the stage part easier too, you don’t have a big step down to worry about. The pole of the lite does sway a bit more but it’s normal and I’ve never felt concerned. You can alway pull the feet out to add to the stability.
As far as putting up and taking down the regular really goes together the same as lite, (as least they use to) just the main base is bigger, taller and heaver. If you don’t mind it being heavier and it’s a killer deal go for it. If the price isn’t that much better, just get the lite.
I personally would NOT use polesilks on a stage pole, I get so worried whenever I see people use them together! That’s just my take on it.

The 30 day take off program is perfect for getting back into things! It’s included in any lesson purchase and you’ll have 30 days of planned workouts, and I even include rest days! You’ll find helpful info in the description and you’ll understand how to structure your pole sessions better.
This intro explains it a bit more! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4KzMIIbZH0

Hi, I don’t know of anyone who has used a fitness tracker. I would worry it might fall off. Let us know if you figure anything out!

Yes, it sounds like some sort of compression or swelling. I suggests always stretching even for a few minutes after pole, focus on the hands, wrists, forearms and shoulders. I hope you feel better soon! You can find a bunch of stretches in the stretching section.

Are you sure it’s not muscle soreness?

AdministratorNovember 9, 2015 at 4:26 am in reply to: How to get a PT to train you for dance (or, how to sack your PT)?I agree it sounds like you need to find a better fit for your trainer, there’s nothing wrong with that! As a personal trainer myself, I know it was always my goal to help clients meet whatever needs they had as far as working around other physical interests or working to improve on an interest. A good trainer can help you plan workouts so you don’t over do it with all the other things you seem to enjoy in addition to pole.

Hello and welcome! Regardless of physical shape or size pole dance can enhance your life and improve your strength, flexibility and add some sexy fun, if you like! So you’ve come to the right place!! The lessons here accommodate very beginners with zero experience to very advanced. As mentioned everything is place in a progressive order in each section and you will have access to my 30 day take off program that builds strength, flexibility and allows you to become familiar with your pole!
Runemist had some great advice on poles. There are a LOT of options so I suggest a 45mm Chrome pole, if you go with static you’ll save the most money. I personally also like powder coated poles.
Here’s an intro to the program. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e4KzMIIbZH0

Oh, this lesson also has an interesting spinning dismount, shown in the first Jallegra option. https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/55689a67-3fd8-47d5-9f26-5ce10a9aa0eb

Have you tried the spin out I show in the lesson? I know I’ve done a few different options before too like pike to superman for example.
