ok just watched vid am still really happy to finally have 1 up but dont understand 2 things 1 why is so dark? when i play it back on camera or on tv its a lot easier to see 2 why is it skipping again doesnt happen when play on video cam or when watch on tv, only when watch on tv https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif but anyway i know its hard to see ( and thats sucky i myself usually wont watch a too dark video all the way thru as cant enjoy what you cant see) but any constructive critisim would be great https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_ugeek.gif

as i have said in a few posts i would like to start a studio myself i have been trying to get info on it but doesnt seem to be much help on the issue in my area and apparently just to speak w an atoorney costs a fortune ( trying to get legal advice about disclaimers ect) any help oin anyway is very much appreciated ( living in Mass.) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif

ok so finallllly have videos on comp they are in my documents under videos ok so thats good problem is w getting the vids here it was uploaded as 1 lonnng continuous video i played around and now have a bunch of clips w diffrent dates like mini folders of dances but went to view my 80’s challenge dance and it plays like 10sseconds and than repeats the 1 dance got broken into 2 or 3 folders dont know how to either link those together so plays as 1 uncut dance the way it was taped or i can view the whole 80min tape at once in a folder but dont know how to extract the 1 song out of that 80 mins worth i am so eager to post esp now that vids are on comp friend said monday night he will prob be able to come by to help but really dont want to wait any longer should be in chat tonight around 6-7p est any help with this either through forum or through chat would be much appreciated https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

poled w kerrie yesterday and got some new moves! superman (for like 2 seconds but first time was able to flip into it) gemini into scoprio w no hands (was sooo excited) handstand release from crossed ankle release (or thigh hold release i think some call it) also can get into armstand first time from that was a couple other things but it was just a really great pole jam kerrie also got the armstand and reverse grab!! yay!!

i actually got superman from invert first time yesterday when kerrie was here but only able to hold for like 2 seconds and than almost face planted! was still wicked excited to have got it even for a second the spin i find much easier trust as kerrie and i were talking about yesterday is a big part of getting a move its why i havent got the handspring yet i wont let my head drop which makes it impossible to get into couple times trying to do the spin though i didnt grip high enough up on thighs and fell knees first on the metal ring at the bottom very painful now i wrap a sheet around the bottom of pole so if end up on knees wont break a kneecap https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_idea.gif

awww Veena.. it made me so sad to hear some pathetic, no-life/no-wife, no taste or tact, spineless, heartless, poor exuse for a man made you cry https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif am also sad to hear you have to stuggle w your family that way its really too bad that people make up there minds about something wo really knowing any of the facts on the matter and refuse to hear or believe anything that is diffrent from their pre-conceived notions i thought my mom esp was really going to lay into me about the pole thing as i said on a previous post it was tense at first but seeing how passionite and dedicated to this i am has turned her into my biggest supporter i dont see how anyone could look at what you are doing as wrong you took a passion and a talent and turned it onto a profitable buisness where you can be home w your kids why should your kids feel anything negative about what your doing? your celebrating your body/life/health/womanhood when i first started and even now some people gave me grief but as i said i am not doing this for anyones approval and dont care wether someone (family/friend /or stranger) doesnt like it owell i enjoy sharing my dancing w others, but its something i do for myself as i said before you could be the most beautiful/talented/YOUNG (please dont get me started on the age thing what does he want is he some perv who gets off on lookin at girls young enough to be his daughter? just gonna let this go before i go off) rich/ect person but there are always going to be those people who are so empty and lonely and feel so insecure they almost cant help themselves when it comes to hatin on people they are secretly envious of HI HATERS!!!! for me the more someone tries to tell me not to do something, or says i’m never going to get anywhere w something ect it just adds fuel to my already blazing fire i have told people "keep hatin on me ..keep doubting me .. put me down .. it just makes me want it that much more and keeps me going
when i want to quit i’ll hear your pathetic, pitiful little words and it gives me the extra incentive to keep at it
so thanks.. you wasting your time and energy putting me down serves me well have a nice day.."i could just write a novel that will make all my previous novel posts look like 1 liners so am going to just wrap it up by saying i am sorry that you had to go through that but we’re all here for you and we all love you **HUGS**

ya havent figured out how to chop up the video into individual dances or clips yet ( let alone how to post) but should be able to get help w that either over the weekend or mon night just so excited!

kerrie i def have days where i can not stick/hold no matter what i try some days its like no prooblem i can easily hold gemini/scorpio/hiphold ect other days i can barely spin i have learned to make it work for me i even posted a big post on 1 of these threads called "lemons to lemonade" or something cheesy like that where i said how i just couldnt grip so instead of getting frustrated i used that time to work on poses, floorwork, twirls ect i mean do what you can but when all else fails roll with it hope to be able to poel tommorow will let you know asap
