I am in too! I dont get on sv much but when I do I will post my progress!
Stats: Weight 150lbs
height: 5’5"
I dont know my waist size (and I am at work so I cant measure) so Jean size is 9-11Goals: https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_nemo.gif Weight:120-125
https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_nemo.gif Eat healthIER
https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_nemo.gif Walk at least 1 mile a day
https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_nemo.gif Pole at least 3 times a week
https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_nemo.gif Work on my invertSomething that works well for me:
I eat a lot of chicken…Like everyday that is what I have for dinner. I bake my chicken with very little seasoning (most of the time just some pepper or I will do some lemon pepper) and I bake some vegetables with it or I will make a salad with a nice cold glass of water everyday for dinner. My mom is doing this too and she doesn’t work out (yet we are getting there with her) and a lot of people at her work comment on how she is looking thinner https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif She is hardcore into it and will take left over chicken with veggies or coleslaw to work and take penuts or an individual serving of crackers to snack on. On the weekends we eat slightly less healthy that way she doesn’t "crave" foods because she isnt "allowed" to have them, and it is working out very well for her https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif -
I just bought a plaid skirt for school https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif I might actually do this challenge, it’s been ages since I’ve done one!!!

Sasha came from my exes family. I introduced myself and his uncle looked at me and said "im going to call you sasha." Skittles came from some friends because I used to dye my hair all sorts of colors and said i needed a "Stripper name" because a normal name wouldnt fit me… this was long before i was into poling too

although I Have not had a dream about people specifically I often dream about the website. Last night it was all about forums. My dream simply consisted of the web browser and this site and I "read" forums all night lol

wow! I actually have that song on my pole playlist lol… I have no idea what the move is tho…
There are some more videos of her if you google her….From what I have found she is in Las Vegas… https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

And my feet dislike toe strap only shoes. More power to you women who can wear them, but mine will end up in the face of my dogs, through my window, in my face upon invert, on the pole upon climb, everywhere but on my feet. I think I just have a cone-shaped foot or something because they can feel like they fit perfectly but still fly off.
lol I think I would have that problem too thats why i asked for others opinions lol

thanks girlies I think I will opt for ankle strap shoes… normally there is a baby meandering around the room I cant afford to lose a shoe while dancing lol

About two months ago… It was amazing because I did a CAR and omg it doesnt hurt nearly as bad!!!! I think I did a happy dance too! Its not like 100% gone but its not like oh fudge cant do *hops off pole* lol
yay! how long have you been poling?
I have been playing with it off and on for like 10 months. I would do it for like a month straight and then I wouldnt touch my pole for two months. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

I have carpet in my room too and I luckily have never had a problem with it. AS for suggestions… http://www.kaboodle.com/reviews/wooden-foam-mats
I have something similar for my daughter that she plays on and she never gets like rug burn or anything from it. plus they come in tons of colors

thanks for all of your input! I will be trying it today later on. I can do the inverted crucifix with no problems its just the one leg stuff that gets me every time…. Thanks again!!!
-
That s part of his problem.. He was raised super religious, he is like the anti Christ now but a lot of things he will shy away from because his mom was super omg that’s not very god like.

prince tennis grip works well.. its almost the same as PS grip
-
I have an odd one too!! He doesn’t think it is sexy because he "sees it as an art or work out" However… I think he is full of it because he doesn’t find anything I do to be sexy. NOTHING! Now that I think about it maybe men don’t find the pole dancing sexy… Maybe its the allure of not knowing the women doing it and knowing that it is not really socially acceptable. When you bring it into your home then its the norm and he knows you all allure is gone… just a thought.

Lol good to know i’m not the only one! Yeah i’ll check that out, thanks. I’m kind of reluctant to use it, as I’m afraid i’ll come to rely on it! Guess it’s better than getting extremely frustrated with a sweaty pole!
I only use it when learning new things esp when inverting…. and when doing videos. When i am just dancing for me or just messing around i dont use it and i dont feel that i rely on it… -
For now i’ll just have to go with the ‘looks-like-floorwork-but-im-actually-wiping-my-hands-on-the-carpet’ move!

omg thats too funny ive done that on more than one occasion lol…. i dont know if u saw my forum post but if you have a sports store near you go check out their tennis stuff that is where i get my grip from or you can look for a tacifying cloth ex: gorilla gold ? -
yeah its in the tennis stuff… i was super excited when i found it… some of them also sell a tackifying cloth thats only 2$ but i havent used it yet

I bought some for my daughter(we have tile floor) but i occasionally steel a few of them to link together around the base of my pole just a thought

Sex shops do sell them so you could at least try them on in florida we have premeire and fairvilla. I have only been to fairvilla and they had several different styles other than just clear. But even if they dont have the style you like you can see how particular brands fit and what size you need before buying offline. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

…If you no longer ask for jewelry for valentines day but ask for 8in heels instead

You may be a pole dancer if your friend and you start poling for exercise and she quits to join a gym while you become obsessed, and then she marvels at what you can do later on.
