I bought mine a size down from the street shoe. Since its plastic, its gonna stretch after many times on the pole therefore becoming loose if you buy them in your street size. Also when you go down you know they arent coming off.

Mine did come off while I was doing floor work, at that point I could of cared less. You can see the vid here on my profile, its under Pole Diva 2010.

I will be wearing them again for my Apr video.

considering I dont have a pole at home, its a no. but even if I did have one at home, I wouldnt let him watch me. I get creeped out when he watches me work out at home (one of the reasons I joined the gym as well). We live in such a small space that the pole would have to be put up/taken down every time. I just dont think id like the idea of working on something while hes watching ESPN or doing the dishes. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif

each body loses weight differently. its how our genetics do it. I know w/me ive lost my bust as well (last year I was a 46f – I just had a baby and was attempting to breastfeed, currently a 42dd) Mine have perked up a bit after doing pole and chest exercises. I would like mine to be a bit smaler but they still look like two sausages after having 2 kids.

Im also a walking pole advertisment. I gained 80lbs in my last pregnancy, Ive lost 60 of it and its only been a year since I gave birth. I can feel it in my whole body, I see my midsection shrink daily.

I also go to the gym as well (sometimes I do pole and gym all in the same day), I really needed cardio. My cardio has improved and I can last longer on the pole. Ive also have abs, something I havent seen in a very long time.

Pole will change your body in a different way. Its hard to descibe but you will see it.

its been a few months but I *think* I switched my hands for a split grip (I cannot do it to save my life! It just doenst feel right) and put the left on top. Then it felt odd, hard to add weight of me. So I took time off to give it a break. Ive been doing a rotator cuff exercise at the gym and thats been really helping.

naughty bingo !!!! how does that work ???????? i want to do it NOW cuz it sound like tons of fun !!!!!!!

basically instead of longerberger basket full of junk, the prizes are various sex toys/novelty items. We have a few rules, if the letter is O everyone yells O in a sexy way. If the number is 69, you take a drink. Its a BYOB event. Usually the gifts are donated by a local sex toy rep (slumber parties, Party Gals, Brown Bag etc). Its a win win b/c the rep gets lots of bookings (ive heard when Xpose does vendor events or companies sponsor, thier customer base literally explodes) and some come home as happy campers.

At Xpose we do a few things to support various causes. Portion of Ms Xpose competition tickets supports a cause, we also do a naughty bingo night. I do like the showcase idea!

find your niche in pole! Thats whats gonna attrack someone from a studio to yours. Sometimes doing something a bit out of the box – mixers, bingo night, field trips etc may make you stand you against the other studios. Offer different guest instructors. If they all dont know who you are, be a businesswoman and introduce yourself. If you show them that your not territorial w/them, they may back down.

I am gonna be so bummed if they get removed before I have a chance to see them.

as long as no one rats anyone out the Wendy or Anna, we should be good to go. Maybe its just me but I dont see why you ‘werent’ to photo or film the competition. I understand they have an image to uphold as USPDF but I dont think anyone would use it in a bad way as were all out to promote Pole as a good thing.

I only saw half of them last night. My brain could not process anymore tricks. I am also a bit biased w/Jessalynn’s but it was soooo damn beautiful. I really thought for a second that it was a broadway show. It would of fit right in there.

so now since USPDF is over, im working on getting stuff together for Pole Convention. I know someone mentioned about not staying at that particular hotel. Based in the info I put in (checking in that fri, checking out that sun) this is what Kayak.com came up with. http://www.kayak.com/r/R3wAwM. At Gaylord, if there is 4 to a room then its $40/person per night. I personally am not concered about travel considering A)im about 45min from the Hotel and B) ill have my car back on the road (road trip in the MINI!).

I love watching my man do his job (he’s a plumber). He knows exactly what he’s doing and he just jumps in and gets it done. I have a thing for firemen too, as well as cowboys and construction workers https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

my husband is a plumber as well. Ive always been into guys who have hard working jobs but when they clean up – oh boy!

Let me list the celebs/athletes I have the hots for, youll get the common thread: Alexander Ovechkin (hockey player: Washington Captials), Vin Diesel, Jason Staham. Fit men! I dont like them overly done (like Mr. Olympia style), enough to show that they take care of themselves. Also I know they can defend me if they needed to.

Visually- where the back turns into the backside (male and female)
Same here, Ive always found that incredibly attractive.

For me its always the confidence. If your confident in what you do, I love it. I also find it attractive when someone is always striving for more. They want more than what they were given and they are willing to work hard to get what they want.

change (in the house of)- Deftones

I recommend those. the Puscifer one I like the Dry Martini Mix version better. I also like Snuff by Slipknot. I did a video to that as well. Angry Johnny by Poe is another good one.

I wash my hands w/antibacteral soap before I dance. Ive been using brass for many years. One day I had alot of stuff on my hands and went to go wash it all off. Its like it strips everything from them. Im also a heavy sweater, so this helped as well w/my grip.

    1) Getting tired
I used to be like that. I noticed if I upped my cardio I did not get wiped out quickly. I did 3 performances in one night and I was tired but not pooped.

    2) Repeating the same moves over and over again (just one song feels like forever when you’re dancing!)
If I draw a blank I just do floorwork until something comes to me
    3) If I go through too many songs on my “pole playlist” this time, what will I do for future shows? (This should be a bi-monthly thing.)
how long is your playlist? Mine is about an hour but you can always take breaks.

Im not sure if id be ok w/another guy seeing my cash and prizes. Like you if it was thong, id be a bit more easy about it. But then again, im married so I feel like that area is reserved for my man only, KWIM?

I know most clubs around here if the guy is getting a lapdance, they have to sit on thier hands.
