I’m a 32B and I bought the v front top in medium. .only because they ran out of small in the color I wanted. The neck strap and the back are adjustable and my medium fits me fine. ..just very minimal support. I would have gone for a small if they had ito in stock but medium works too

I agree that veena’s lessons are a bargain! I actually tried another online pole lessons…but the subscription cost more and it’s not as good! (In terms of listing lessons in the proper progression, clarity of explanation and mobile access friendly etc) hence I’m coming back for veena’s!

Veena, do you prefer the pc xpole or your coated veena pole?

Thanks for the explanation veena. So how can I beat prepare for the Pegasus? Shoulder stretches and shoulder strengthening exercises I guess? Or is there an in between move (between Allegra and Pegasus) I can work on in the interim?

I think you did the move very well! I could barely do bras monkey before getting preggie and now I’m just slowly easing back into poling. ..and I haven’t dare to try brass monkey yet! But since I could do Allegra…I thought why not try Pegasus? I do like Oliver’s entry into the move and how one of his legs was touching the pole for extra support. ..

Thanks for considering, veena. That shoulder position you were referring to – that’s kinda the same as the one in a closed Allegra? I’ve also tried that position in a pole “elbow plank” (which I can’t hold) …it definitely takes some getting used to!

Hi veena – thanks for the reply! See attached image for what I meant. I actually tried following Oliver’s tutorial but I’m not really going anywhere. I need slow mo! And I’m sure you can breakdown the move better 🙂

Thanks for sharing your experience, Niki! To be honest, I find it strange to hear that PC is too grippy but yet you still slip in your sweat. So like veena said, pc is grippy when dry but slippery when wet? That’s really no help in my case then cos I have sweaty hands 🙁 if I have dry hands, I actually don’t mind my chrome…

Veena, thanks so much for your input! Greatly appreciate it! Is it true that you only sell chrome poles atm? I didn’t see other options in your “shop”

I like mika as well… and public myth’s Thai bootie shorts. Thanks Phoenix Hunter for mentioning bad kitty! When I saw that Natasha Wang is one of their ambassadors, I couldn’t resist and bought a matching top and bottom! Can’t wait for them to arrive!
