Does anybody know if an xpole can be installed in a mobile home? I recently moved into a double wide trailer with vaulted popcorn ceilings. Not sure if I can install pole! Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. â¤

Well XPF was the first studio I ever attended! It was a great experience. Shauna is excellent with routines but she use to be a tad bit pricey! I’m not sure about her current prices. Two of her instructors quit and opened up a studio called Wind Beneath My Wing Pole Boutique. U can add one instructor on Facebook her name is Arlesia ThePoleGeneral Wilson. I don’t want to air anybody business on a pole site so I will just say try them out and go with which ever one better suits you! There is also North Pole Studio which have recently relocated to Greer Sc…..which is way closer to Greenville!

I’m close to Greenville but I I’ve only heard of the North Pole……unfortunately I’ve never taken any lessons there! I have taken lessons in Spartanburg at Xtreme Pole Fitness and Wind Beneath My Wing Pole Boutique! Two totally different experiences!

Ok ladies…the verdict is in!!! I called XpoleUS and spoke with Heydi….she is awesome btw!!! Well I explained the situation to her and she emailed me a document on how to loosen jammed x-joints!! It was very informative however, it didn’t help my situation bc my xjoint is off-centered, therfore I can’t even loosen them up! The top of my main B pole is slighly off centered….and I think at this point i’ve probably either stripped or made a circle of the hex key hole…..the 2nd hole on Pole B is completely off centered! Anyway, I called Heydi back and a technician is currently trying to figure a way to undo the x-joint! The technician should be giving me a call within 2hours…however, Heydi assured me not to worry bc if we can’t undo x-joints they will def send replacement parts!!!

I bought my pole from this website…my niece said there was a dent in the dome after I put it up last week but I figured she was seeing things…but after I took the pole down to clean and tighten…there was a dent!! Im def gonna call Monday bc i’m super mad! I spent darn near $400 on a pole that is now sitting in a corner! I’m hoping that they work with me bc it does come with the 6 month warranty! Ok guys….I think most of you misunderstood what I was saying…….I went to a Bariatric clinic which is a weight loss clinic!!! I was put on a diet that consisted of around 1300-1500 calories. I was also instructed to exercise 6 times a week!! The HCG injections are supposed to break up the fat in your belly, hips, and thighs!! You lose inches rather than pounds with the injection!!

I took the HCG Injections last year and lost 20 pds in a month! The injections are $15/shot and I self administered the shot every Friday! The diet plan was okay….I couldn’t consume more than 20g of fat per day! I was also receiving the b12 shot monthly for energy and I was taking an prescription appetite suppres called addipex!! I hardly exercised nor followed the diet plan!! After I stopped taking the injections my menstral cycle stayed on for a month and a half….then I had one regular cycle….then no cycle for 5 months!!! Not sure if this was a side effect!!! But I loved the injections…and I have an appointment to back to the Bariatric Clinic to restart the program!!!
The weight stayed off for a year…..and I didn’t diet or exercise!!!
