If its a video I know some may have a problem with I change the setting to comments for friends only…the problem with that is you still have to see all comments to approve them, which is still hurtful. YT is just annoying, either my music is taken away or some loser flags me or I have rude comments. I had my "Carol of the Bell" video removed for "inappropriate" content….please https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif I have a new hooping vid I wanna post but I’m not sure if I’ll YT it or not, because I my belly skin folds up and hangs over, I’m sure some idiot will have a hay day with that.

try it close to the floor first (dont climb too high) with some type of safety mat or pillows beneath you in case you fall. Be sure you can do each move separately first (shoulder mount, aerial shoulder mount/flip, flag). Pay close attention to her hand grip and momentum. Her legs go down to the pole first and then she lifts into flag although i have seen some dancers go straight into flag but i’m sure that comes with practice. Yes this is a relief and I understand where you both are coming from..Angel wanting privacy and Webmaster protecting legal rights. However, my concern is not being able to delete videos off the site if I wanted to. I enjoy sharing my videos but I would like the freedom to delete them off the site whenever I get ready. I tried deleting them just to see if I could. They were deleted from my "profile", but still show up in the "video" section of the site. They are both fairly innocent videos, but it is a little bothersome knowing that I cant delete myself off the internet if I wanted to…unless I am doing something wrong???Does anyone know?

if yall are looking for more shoulder exercises Veena has good shoulder and wrist exercises that i like to do. You can do them with light weights
