  trick to cut put up/down time in half

  Ok so i wonder why i hadnt thought of this a long time ago, and you all probably already know, but the other night when i was putting my pole up I figured out that if i just hold the locking nut thing while im screwing the big screw up or down i dont have to sit there and make it go all the way up and then all the way down that takes foreeevvverrr. so its like do 2 things in one! does this make sense?

  Hey..I just came across this post…can someone elaborate on this? I need to be able to put up and take down my Xpole after every practice easily. Can I just unscrew the top dome? Please help! Thx!

  Yes Morgan…you can leave the pole pieces together if you want, just loosen the adjuster rod and put it away as one piece. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_sunny.gif
