Exit from pretzel spin
So I am able to do the pretzel spin https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif but having trouble doing the spin to exit out of it so that it is one smooth motion. After the pretzel spin, do I spin out of it with the hook leg or the leg behind? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_question.gif If its the hook leg, do I put that leg down in front of the pole or beside it ? And how far from the pole? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_question.gif Do I spin out of it the same direction as I started the pretzel spin or the opposite direction? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_question.gif Please advise and thank you.

Both work (hooked leg, and free leg) but I prefer hooked leg as I think it’s more graceful. If you do inside leg, put it next to the pole, only about an inch or so away.
