ok so there are two kinds of aids…those that make you "grippy" and then those that keep your hands dry! Mighty grip will make them grippy but it won’t help with sweaty hands. If it’s sweat that is the problem then I would suggest either tite grip or dry hands. I’ve used both of these and dry hands is my favorite. Of course I only use grip aids when learning a new move or if i’ve had a real long sweaty practice and just can’t keep em dry! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

There used to be a skeleton hanging on the upper left side of the screen. I think Veena had Webster remove it cuz it’s gone now LOL.

Ok so Amber or Karol correct me if i’m wrong…
90 seconds
2 spins
20 seconds of floor work
1 thigh hold (held for 3 sec)
1 pose (held for 3 sec)
1 invert (held for 3 sec)
1 split (held for 3 sec)hmmm…think i’m missing something but not sure!!
and of course we would need to find substitutions for the inverts for those who can not do them yet!!

Well…there really aren’t 7 levels…that’s probably what the studio you go to does….each studio is different! But pole dancing doesn’t have clearly defined "levels". Pretty much it gets broken down to beginner, intermediate and advanced…but to give a list of moves that fall into each category would be a little subjective. I mean we could all agree that a fireman spin would fall into beginner and a twisted grip handspring would fall into advanced…but the lines between are fuzzy!
So if your taking classes at a studio that has 7 levels then your best bet would be to talk to them to find out what you have to do to pass each one!
good luck! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
