This past weekend I had my first real experience on a 45…In my submission vid…the spin pole was a 50 and the static was a 45…it was awesome for any kind of hand grip..but I felt kinda odd with any thigh or knee holds…but I definitly want a 45….maybe for christmas!

Hmmm… I’ve kinda been combining some of these with my own stretches and none of them appear too radically different… we’ll see… so far I’m disappointed. This guy is wayyy out there… I would like someone more scientific to help write this.. at least put the names of the muscle groups in for christ sake…
