The holly drop has no thigh hold and is very fast! lol
I do one in the Dec newsletter…not sure the exact time frame though

It helps to use your hands at first and as you get more comfortable with the move you can do it with out…it is kinda scary at first. I do a knee hold then move my bottom leg so the pole crosses the front of my upper thigh. I was gonna try to describe it…but David is right…it’s kinda hard to!
Karol taught me…she might have a tutorial for it. I know she did one for the superman drop

it helps to be on pointe inorder to get that foot out of the way of the pole…

Are you sure it is a true x-pole?? Where did you buy it? There are fake x-poles on the market that are known to peel….
