  you guys are so nice ! thanks much for the warm welcome ! i love it here…. been poling only since june. don’t have my xpole yet (santa will bring it), so all i get is 1 hour lesson a week……

  i just signed up for the online lessons, so at least i can sneak in a move or 2 when i go to class ! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif can anybody tell me what to do at home to build up my abs so i can invert without having to swing my outside leg up ?????
