I thought of another question. How does the silicone do in the sun. I want to set a stage pole up outside and I live in Alabama were it gets quiet hot/sunny?

I have a question. Someone mentioned that if you get even a drop of water on the silicone it becomes very slippery. How would it do in a high humid area and sweating?.

I mostly watch the fly gym lessons on youtube.I have a big mirror that I try to make sure I am alligned correctly. But I also had one lesson at The Chrome Bar with Alethea Austin. I live too far away from anyone to attend lessons regularly.

I have a flygym and love it. The kids love it . I have taken a couple of classes at Althea Austin’s Chrome Bar and learned some great stretching and conditioning exercises.

I went to a train and play with Alethea Austin and she showed us that move! I can’t do it (bruises my spine) but she recommended wearing a shirt to help with spinning! If that helps any!

I have 2 pair if Highest Heel and love them! I normally wear a 7 in shoes and that is what I got and they r are really nice!

I won a catsuit from them and never got it! Contacted them several times and the people putting on the drawing and still never got it! So I am afraid to order from them!

I just got my flygym and cant wait to workout on it. Make sure you check them out on a computer as there is more information showing up than on the mobile site. I found the directions to set up next to pole on the computer but could not find it on the mobile site. Also check out their channel on youtube. Cant wait to use it with my pole since I workout alone to help with spotting.

Joining Studio Veena was the best choose i made! Before I found her site I was learning off dvd’s with no mention of conditioning or shoulder placement! Needless to say I hurt my shoulder! I love how the lesson are set up and there is strenght training exercises! Also I live no where near a studio so i cant take lessons ar one! So i am so glad I have this site!

My first pole was a cheap pole! I was a beginner that didnt know better! That pole lasted a week and it fell several times! Now I have a Platium Stages pole and am very happy with it! You can feel a big difference in the quality of the poles! I am soooo glad I got the good pole, especially when the kids climb on it ! It has never fallen!

I have a membership to both, but will be cancelling Poleandaerial! I spend most of my time on SV site! I have only been using pole an aerial for warm up. It’s too expensive to keep it for that. Pole in Ariel I do not feel is good for a beginner. Does not going to conditioning or very much on shoulder replacement. And as the others have said it’s not organized very well
Veena lessons are so much better organized and she break the lessons down better. She goes over the point of contact very well! I love her lesson.
