X Pole Us – no response to calls or email?
Anyone know what going on at X Pole? I have tried to call and emails but no response. I dont even see X Stage Lites on website anymore. Was hoping to order one. Anyone know anything?

No idea why you can’t get ahold via phone, but I know they are slowly getting inventory now. They had a flood and had to start anew with inventory.

The X-Pole US office is closed on the weekend.
Please call us back during office hours, Mon-Fri 9-5 pm PST.
You should be able to reach us by phone no problem- but keep in mind we have 2 people answering phones at a time so the lines do get busy.
If our phone lines are busy you can always email info@xpoleus.com for a faster response.If an Item is not on the website it is because we are temporarily out of stock.

Thank u for the message. I have left 2 messages during business hours and sent 2 emails. But knowing that the reason the poles are not listed because out of stock I will wait until they are back and call. Thankn you again.
