Hello everyone, I just wanted to remind everyone that if you would like a silhouette done of yourself with using one of your pictures, that I can do just that. I take the picture you send me and turn it into a silhouette, and place it on a background of your choice. The website now has over 150 background to choose from. Ok Glitter , I hate writing on the forums but i have no problem reading them. I deal with acid reflux and have been for at least 7 yrs. The orange juice is the worst thing, try staying awy from it for two day and see if you still deal with the reflux. Not sure if you remember or not , with me going back and forth to the doctors a few months back , but they did dinosed me with a hiatal hernia. I did find something that helped me it called Gaviscon Tablets , you can find them where you would looks for tums, maaloxs Its like $8 a bottle for 100. I used these for years and still do, they work like a charm. At times my refluxs gets so bad because of the hernia , i cant even hold down sips of water, i will pop a few of those and start to feel better. Give it a try and see if it helps. I DID IT! (with thigh-high boots on, but I did it!)
I just uploaded a pic to my profile pics… I didn’t quite have time to lay back all the way (10 second timer, you know). I had more problems with spinning when I laid back all the way than I did with the pain.
I found I had more problems with the pain from the eyelets in my boots pressing into my ankle, lol. I also slid my lower ankle a bit more to the side so that the very bottom of my shin was more against the pole than the ankle joint was, if that makes sense… took some of the pressure of it.
