Depending on skill level….maybe reverse inverted thigh hold into a forearm stand or handstand out.

Goldvenom2809, how long ago did you spray it? Does that last? I might try it.

I’m sorry. I know it is tough and if you feel you need to walk away, by all means do. Time will give you both the opportunity to heal and grow as you see fit—together or apart! Sending you love and light!

On my computer if you look right underneath the tab labeled shop, you will see a black box with “Search” in it. Click on that and then you can do the search.

I bought my x-pole used but it is one of the newer top loading ones and I can barely do anything on it. It is truly so frustrating. I found tonight that using shaving gel helped alot but the product that works is different every time….just shaking my head. I’m thinking about selling it but only to someone in warmer climate because it works so much better in the summer, not that its great then either. I’ll buy something smaller and grippier, I think.

Hey Veena, I tried and Grrrip. I don’t have the mighty grip. I will order than and see if it makes a difference. The dewpoint and grrrip did help because now I climb and do some spins without completely falling but the more challenging stuff still doesn’t work well. It’s even scarier because it feels like a stick and then a sudden and unexpected slip. That makes me more nervous. I will order the mighty grip and see if there is a difference.

I love this idea and I’m in too. Not sure what I will do but I will pick one. I want to work on the caterpillar and butterfly but my home pole is too slippery. I might try a floor move that I am going to use in my showcase.

It is all hard in pole but that move is relatively safe as long as you have the strength. Have you been strength training?

cazacat…I tried it and had better splits in September when I used it than I did in December. I didn’t finish it. I believe it works.

It appears he doesn’t want the world to see the beauty that is you! It’s a backwards compliment….:) And yes, your reply was awesome.

I want to always have pointed toes, beautiful lines and better flow. I want to learn how to have my hands look completely a part of the move and an extension of appropriate beautiful flowing arms. As far as tricks, I want to learn cupid, gemini/scorpio no hand switch, extended butterfly and superman spin. My lofty goals are shoulder mount, elbow stand deadlift and free standing handstand by the end of the year.

Good for you Oakmama. I like that you have the courage (which I lack) to share your videos! Keep it up.
