How come you don’t like your 50mm? Iv chose the 50mm as its standard size and competition size and looking to enter competitions in the future. My local pole dance competition only has 50mm and only a very few have 45mm.

I have a wii fit too but I never use it as a warm up. That’s such a good idea!!!!

Here’s what I would do, I’d do an internet search for exercises using "body weight". Once you find some moves that work on the areas you’re concerned about add about a minute of cardio inbetween each one, for example…
pushups for 30 seconds…1 minute of running in place….20 squats…….1 minute of jump rope……20 lunges…….1 minute of mountain climbers.

I wasn’t that sore after the first day because I’m not strong enough to do much of them yet. I can basically only do the first move she did and I couldn’t do that many before my arms were like "What the hell are you doing?" and quit on me lol. It’s more then just abs to hold you up on that there pole, LOL. As I get stronger and can do more I know I’ll feel the burn.

Take a look at Roxy’s vid on abdominal exercises for Sissybuns. She’s doing a lot of the things that Azzwoo is describing and her form is very clear. In terms of pole moves, the split V spin and chair with extended legs always gets to me. But the split V spin usually requires a bracket/split grip and that calls for a lot of upper body strength, which is difficult if you’re beginning.

Yes it’s almost impossible not to be inspired by his lyrics, the way he moved and the beautiful personality that was behind the name Michael Jackson.
Through out my childhood i spend every moment trying to master his dance.. I moonwalked, sidewalked, kicked grabed my chrotch and everything..
I just love him.. I have nothing but love for that man – and I hope that he is somewhere looking down on us, and see how much we apreciate him.. <3 I can’t believe it’s been a week. It’s like the world is not the same anymore – something has changed, it’s impossible to put a finger on it, but.. just something is changed, and i don’t think it’ll ever be the same again.
We love you, Michael !! We’ll pray for you for generations to come. We’ll never forget you, and your music will continue to change lifes around the globe for years and years and years to come – that’s for sure. !
