found this thread coz I’m too looking for superman dismounts but onto the floor not back onto the pole, the superman drop would be ok tho because once I was in Scorpio I could v out so I’m going to give that a try tomoz, Ollie what do u mean going into floor splits? How would u do that smoothly? Any other suggestions? Thanks

Ok I vote for the benefit of me and hazelhotpants that can’t make that weekend we plan to make this a regular thin maybe every few months 🙂 or more? Hehe the photos and vid will be brill can’t wait to see! Veena should be proud that she can bring so many people together 🙂

On here can’t u so we could type different cities north and message them if we need to make up numbers! It would be great to get tips, ideas, no matter what level we all are!
