Yes I saw the video with Shelia Kelley and all the stuff under the PS to level it. My guess is that maybe they didnt have the little stabliizers (they work like screws sort of ) all the way down hitting the floor. They all have to make contact with the floor or maybe the floor was uneven there? Not sure but mine doesnt give me any trouble like that. I did see that and wonder about it too.

Oh and mine is the one with ezconnect that will not unscrew….just like Katana’s I believe.

I agree with Katana!! I really love my pole too and I bought the tallest extension altho xpole is a little taller. It was easy to assemble after the first attempt! It is very sturdy and has not raised up,but yes, I think with enuf force it mite….
I have never tried xstage lite and would like to out of curiosity but I am happy with PS. Customer service was outstanding. -
I have never had an xpole but I have a PS star stand alone and I really like it. Customer service is wonderful too. Good luck!

So sorry! I have a broken foot and walking is awful….pole is out for me for a while. I feel your pain…literally. At least you can still get around tho. Get better fast!

Sitting up as tall as i could, as if someone were pulling me up by my head helped a lot lol….not sure why but I could sit there all day now …well, not quite. Good luck!

My instructor played "Leather so soft" by Lil Wayne and Birdman. She did a really sultry routine to it so of course I put it on my playlist. It's a rap song but worked very well in class!

@Cheerybomb, Thanks for the links. Can you use your own music with the podcast? Great info about vibrams. I wonder if that would be better for me with my crappy knee?

@Phinixx I had the same problem with breathing. The in thru the nose and out thru the mouth finally worked for me. I was told to chew gum while I was running…not sure why that helped, but it did!

Even tho a stage pole will have some wobble, mine is basically maintenence-free.
My daughter may get the xpert. I use one at the studio and it feels wonderful.

I went over my budget and got a stage pole. I got the one by PS, star stand alone, but xpole makes one as well, xstage lite or xstage
. I dont have to worry about it coming loose from the ceiling but every pole has its "worries" lol. I got this mainly becuz my ceiling/drywall didn't handle the floor to ceiling pole well. I miss my Lil Mynx tho!

Ok I sit up as straight as I can and squeeze my butt.That helped me and I feel as tho I could just hang out there, literally for quite a while!
