i often buy crop tops from asos, primark, anywhere that sells them. I wear a sports bra (like runemist I’m bigger chested so need to wear a sports bra!) and then a top over it. There are zilch pole tops that I have come across that I feel comfortable wearing without a bra underneath it yet.
For bottoms I have friends that buy boy shorts knickers and wear them to pole in. Provided you layer up they don’t flash (often ;))it’s easy to get sucked into ‘must buy pole branded clothes only to pole in’ but it’s not that hard to find stuff you can pole in!
I also have DB shorts & agree they are super comfy – i have the scrunch tie sides and I can’t pole without them. I bought a couple things off her and had no problems. I also bought from BlackMilk once for 1 piece of clothing and had to foot the bill for that 🙁 but with duty I believe if you order over a certain amount then you have to cover the cost

Taylors Retreat took me about an hour or so to get to (but I was travelling from outside of London and in rush hour…) out in a place called Dorking but it is SERIOUSLY beautiful there and have all size poles from 50mm to 38mm

I really don't see what the problem is when you just want to share a video of you appreciating a piece of music if you have already paid for it. There clearly is no intention to profit from it and you respect the music (by choosing to dance to it, it obviously connected to you which is what the artist wants in the first place). Sadly there are people out there forever looking for loop holes to exploit copyrighted material which is probably how we ended up with such a strict law. Just my opinion

And I wish I had a butt like moneii haha I just think there was a lot of expectation on this for some reason?

Honestly, were people expecting most the video being 'artistic' pole dance like her doing an amazing janeiro into a rainbow marchenko? the song's about strip clubs…. It doesn't make me feel much to be honest, it's just funny seeing all the pole sport advocates going into a proper rage about it 😉

urgh I hate this problem too. I normally upload straight to facebook if that happens but even FB pulled it down for 'copyright issues'. I disputed the claim on youtube by claiming it is fair use of the song (I did a lot of reading up about fair use copyright laws last night!) and my video can be viewed now. It's not the perfect solution but that's how a lot of cover singers/dance performances etc. get over the initial hurdle

this move? http://youtu.be/AaHz3m-vj4I?t=49s not heard an official name but reckon TG ayesha to shoulder mount is pretty self explanatory 😉

Whereabouts can you travel to in Manchester? As far as I know JLN and Bodybarre teach under 16s, though I think you’d need parental consent first

is devils elbow this spin? because I know it as that – http://youtu.be/c1GorwUa8sQ
It hurts but like with everything, practice helps dull the pain. I also hold it quite high, my bent arm at an angle pointing towards the floor (though I don't do that in the vid, it was something someone pointed out to me after!) and that helps ensure a lot of my grip is on the fleshy part of my top arm so the grip is not just 'in' the elbow if that makes sense? I tend to use the same arm as I do with the ayesha but working on my bad side 🙂 -
Anastasia Sokolova 😉

I have a rumble roller and I have a love hate relationship with it – it hurts like a mother to roll on but it feels so good after – just like getting a sports massage. It really gets the knots in my muscles – this woman's video demonstrates how I feel during and after a rumble roll (especially her face at 23secs lol!)
