are the pictures in the right format?
some sites will only let you upload JPEGS?
If its in a format that the site doesnt allow then resave the picture under a jpeg file.
    hopefully that should work

Hi, yea you need to put them up via a host.
What you’l need to do is host them through an outside websit, go to google type in ‘image hosting’ the top 2 will be
    imageshack.us
    and
    photobucket.com

on there websites it lets you upload it to them and then they will offer you a bunch off codes
they’l normally start either or if memory is working well.
then just copy and paste those codes onto your blog, sometimes the code will say, ‘link to picture’ or ‘full size image’

just take the code you’d like.
    hope that helps

Their definatly not easy, thought it might be useful for…(dont know the name) your legs are up the top of th pole and u push urself up with your arms. looks like the same principle.
Iv been told by trainers before that using your own body weight is just as good as going to the gym… so thats my excuse not to go to the gym https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_tongue.gif

Amcuts right, but seriously guys point of view… Hes gonna love it. Just the fact your doing it hes gna feel brilliant. Make it fun too. he wont be able to take his eyes off you and if you focus like on the pole and not him its gna be a real tease. I really wouldnt be nervous.

best thing iv seen is during a thunder storm a girl picked up my fire poi, she danced in the pouring down rain whilst thunders cracking around us, she was soaked i was there I couldnt believe how hot she looked, but abviously couldnt touch her because id get whacked with balls of fire. Honestly even thinking about it now best thing iv seen ever.

You’l do great, im sure your gna have alot of fun. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_salut.gif

Just read this thread, pisses me off about racism and closed mindedness. If its not hurting anyone then why has your sister said something to your son.
Its making him stronger, shame she cnt see passed her own mental walls.
I reckon just allow people to do whatever they want, without imposing anything on you. walk your own paths, and enjoy the views.

as for the video of the little chinese guy im well impressed with that.

I hate it when you know what to do but it just wont let you, i know your rage.
if you can copy the data from the dvd, to a folder on your hardrive, use that to go onto movie maker, edit what you need and try upload ur video from that copy.

sorry if iv misunderstood you. hope that helps a little

The guys a douche, hes just trying to find something to laugh at and the fact its pole dancing just makes him feel a little better up there on his smug high horse.
    What a fool.

as for the girl, im sure she wasnt the first person to do it, and im sure she wont be the last. Shame they didnt pick another video of something that no1 in that studio could have done, and see what matey said then… what a douche.

    Hey and thanks.
I hope so, its something i really want to learn, but not the ladies way of poleing, some videos on youtube of dudes looked really impressive.

Plus i dont think shaved heads and tattoos scream grace and elegance, I do salsa as well i want to try and put some moves and almost the attitude of the dude into and around th pole. The leads in flamenco normally apear quite arrogant and forceful.
    https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif
So i reckon thats what im aiming for.

Until i get my pole is there any excersises you can recommend that will help with my dexterity?

Hi, Iv no experience training on poles…. yet.
But i trained shotokan karate for quite a while.
after doing sets of sit ups legs raised off the floor, and resting on a chair. If you assume a press up position but with your hands held under your nose, and tense your stomach muscles, hold it like that trying to keep as close to the floor as possible you work your core muscles and it should begin to really burn. And i mean when you get it right it hurts. it pushes out the abdominals by working on the core that lie behind them.

It worked really well for me. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_salut.gif
