Not at all, I did applied biosciences with chemistry and considered transferring to biomedical in 2nd year because it sounded like an awesome course. But then I decided that this one gave me more options at the end of it!

Hi Yoga… I tend to eat fruit as snacks, so mid-morning or mid-afternoon. I haven’t noticed a difference in time of day.

Heh, not so gorgeous at the moment, better in May/June time! Wet and windy at the moment! I hear Veena’s lessons are awesome, I’m hoping to sign up but we have a rather nasty car service bill to pay so maybe next month… meantime a pal of mine is teaching/helping me and another friend, so we all go round to hers once a week to play on the poles which is great fun! Next time we go to the mainland we’re hoping to take the car, so I’ll have my pole in the boot and will be up for meeting folks for a jam as we travel lol!! My hubby studied at So’ton… what are you studying?

I totally agree with you!! They are so softly-softly in sex ed at school, and I did biosciences at uni and we came out of the lecture on STDs saying if only they taught us like that at school! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif
I had the full range of checks done before I got married, and yes it was terrifying both having objects shoved up inside my lady business and the blood extraction (so yeah I’m a wimp, I hate needles, and I hate having popsicle sticks wiped around my nethers too!) and waiting for the results, but at least when the results came back I knew as certainly as I could that everything was ok. And if it hadn’t been, then I’d’ve known and been semi-prepared for whatever life threw at me! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif

That is an improvement Foxy! My mom is tolerant but prefers not to think about it. My granny has a huge issue with it though, and although she knows she ignores it. She thought my pole was holding the ceiling up and was quite happy when my little nieces were chasing each other round and round, until I reassured her that the ceiling was fine and that was my pole… LOL! Oh Glitter, I’m so sorry for what you’re going through!! Please try not to beat yourself up about it. It’s waiting around that’s so hard though isn’t it. I share your fear of not being able to have kids – I had a phase where I was having 2 periods each month and the doc said what he thought it was and when I got home my hubby was like, you know that means we can’t have kids right?… I hadn’t had a clue, doc said he could fix it so I was happy… but I’m still worried that perhaps he’s wrong. Anyhow. I’m here too, if you need me **hugs**

Yup, sorry to break it to you honey, but I have awful stretch marks from poling! I suspect it’s partly to do with the size of my thighs and all that excess skin/blubber/whatever I’ve been burning off in the process… I’ve been using bio-oil for about 2 months and it does seem to help https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
