Hello from Southampton!
Hey!
My name is Laura, i am 19 years old and pretty new to pole dance really- but am already hooked!
My favourite moves atm (from a VERY limited repertoire) are definitely the pretty spins like reverse attitude and superwoman (thats what my instructor calls them anyway), although i can now invert without too much effort, and even managed the macarena upside down! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
Am getting my own pole soon so will hopefully get better quicker- can’t upload any videos though, sadly a lack of decent camera!

Hallo! Wow, the channel islands are supposed to be gorgeous- very jealous! I take lessons with a company called pole position at my university at the moment, but next year when i move into private accomadtion i am going to take these online lessons and go to another pole school to consolidate every once in a while. Where do you take yours?

Heh, not so gorgeous at the moment, better in May/June time! Wet and windy at the moment! I hear Veena’s lessons are awesome, I’m hoping to sign up but we have a rather nasty car service bill to pay so maybe next month… meantime a pal of mine is teaching/helping me and another friend, so we all go round to hers once a week to play on the poles which is great fun! Next time we go to the mainland we’re hoping to take the car, so I’ll have my pole in the boot and will be up for meeting folks for a jam as we travel lol!! My hubby studied at So’ton… what are you studying?

Im studying biomedical science at the moment, which is more interesting than it sounds!!! And that sounds fun, my friend and i do lessons together, its so fun to be able to share the experience with someone else (as well as the bruise medicine!).

Not at all, I did applied biosciences with chemistry and considered transferring to biomedical in 2nd year because it sounded like an awesome course. But then I decided that this one gave me more options at the end of it!
