I saw a Tantra Fitness tutorial with Tammy Morris on this floor spin: The momentum comes from the bottom leg and not the top leg.

You get the top leg out of the way as you see in AM's vid at 2:56. Then you push off with the hand and swing the bottom leg which gives you the spin power. Also Tammy says you are spinning on your back kind of where your bra strap is your bottom is comming off of the floor.

As far as strippers being excluded because they make money goes, wouldn't that be the same for pole stars who do work shops as well as instructors who compete? They use pole to profit. Also don't they have more experience than whoever the supposed average competitor would be? Doesn't that give them the same edge if not more than a stripper considering that they are more likely to do competition moves on a regular basis than an exotic dancer would? While I respect and appreciate people sharing so many various opinions I have yet to see a reason that would convince me that strippers should not compete in pole competitions.

    I like the video idea.

As long as someone is being approved due to their talent and not because they might be well known. I think it helps to ensure a contestant is competing in the category level that is correct for their skills

Some of the people here say leg lifts with weights

    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=145406061&page=1

I do notice when I practice shouldermounts with ankle weights it seems to hit the lower abs spot.

I agree with eating more. I'm pretty thin on average at times my schedule is very busy and I don't eat enough, my lower belly gets very puffy as soon as I start eating more it goes back down to normal and appears flatter.

Don't forget you can always do strand tests to see what will and will not work before putting something new on the entire head.

If you can stand being orange for a bit I also think gradual bleaching is better so in between you can do protein and deep conditioning. Maybe bleach once a week or once every two weeks until you have the right shade of blonde.

I've never had a problem like that with my shoes and I use them all the time when I practice. What brand do you use and in what way do they fall apart? My favorite brand is Tony Shoes. My first pair started to break after about 3 years (The plastic strap that covers over the top of the foot eventually tore off) so I don't think that's bad for all the use I got out of them. Also as far as price maybe you can find something cheaper on Ebay or check adult stores. I was able to get Pleasers on sale at a shop in town for $35. As far as your girls falling on shoes if it has to do with grip try scrubbing the soles down with sand paper – that has really helped me with breaking in shoes fast.

For me diet also factors in big time. Not really in the sense of eating less but definitely eating differently. I eat clean (or try to for the most part) and pole dance a bit every day and about 3 or 4 days more intensely

Here's an eating clean article: http://caloriecount.about.com/means-eat-clean-b583101

and here is Aerial Amy's blog about her experience with eating clean

Thanks for your input ladies 🙂

The more I've looked into this article the more it doesn't seem to be derived from much else than a preconceived notion of the author. To each their own!

Well GZ also has a lengthy history that includes domestic violence, attacking a female security guard, violence against a police officer etc. Zimmerman also has documented history of lying in a court of law.

Sure, calling the police is not illegal but he was advised by the 911 dispatcher not to follow Trayvon Martin and seems to have a history of looking for trouble. Also, It's not illegal to walk home with a pack of skittles in your pocket.

As for how the friend on the witness stand acted, I suppose there are worse things she could do such as shooting an unarmed person who was walking home minding his own business.

I don't understand why Trayvon Martin is regularly the one being put on trial. Zimmerman followed him with a gun and had a history of calling the police to report black people to him for being "suspicous" Doesn't Trayvon have a right to defend himself?

I remember when I was a teen on a bus ride home late at night and someone threatened to follow me off of the bus and rape me. I was afraid and so I acted tough and screamed in his face and behaved aggressively in hopes that he wouldn't think I was scared of him and would leave me alone.

If the Zimmerman's as well witness accounts  of Trayvon's behaviour the night of the murder are true I completely do not blame him at all for the way he acted. He was thrown into a situation where he thought he was in danger and obviously he was because he is now dead. Smh It's really sad that this could happen to an innocent person and that it can be excused 🙁
