heh heres my assumption for the rules:
no it doesnt have to be in that order, its a dance but putting ur knowledge and skill into so much time ^^
combo spin is still a spin =) tho id assume it would only count as one and you would have to do two spins some point in ur dance
an invert is an invert~ and again im assuming invert properly means no jumping/kicking into it? and how u get out of it is ur choice
and for splits.. i think they would only count if the were on the floor or against the pole? unless in a headstand if u can get it straight or oversplit? or cheat somehow;; LOL
doesnt hurt just to try =D i mean like she said its not a contest.. its a challenge =) who knows maybe get u ready for USPDF!

yea i feel that way too =) i feel that i should be WAY better .. and for some reason when i get nervous i stutter or like… vobally dyslexic? lol instead of left ill say right instead of arm ill say leg.. that kinda stuff; LOL

depends really, people say it seems like i spin forever because I have long legs.. but usually i let my grip control how fast i go down the pole.
I get my momentumn like posted up top.. by swinging my leg out n around, but also piviting on my inside foot kinda like im gliding really =) a nice flow ^^ once you have the str and the comfort level with yourself and the pole you’ll get it in no time ^^
sometimes too ur just really slick and just slide the rest of the way down n e ways lol

yea i dont think any of us make routines.. alot of it is all freedance.
i know ive thought about it a couple of times just so at the studio wed have a full dance we’ve learned but it seems really complicated to try n think it all out; LOL -

yea i dont know what happened but alot of vdos that im trying to watch have this "vdo being processed thing" but like.. this vdo is like how far back in the list so i thought it should of been done?
i miss the time stamp too i was like aw that was awesum i liked that move at… ah shit.. um/.. huk;;
the comment drop thing too tho kinda tweaks out my comp and sometimes the vdo gets froze inside the text area and i cant read descriptions and things.

npnp =) alot of places anymore DONT have layaway. I believe Kmart still does and i THINK dressbarn does it as well. tho thank goodness they do because their shit is so expensive -_-;; i know cuz i used to work there… find the same shit at the mall ROFL

yep! i was pole-less for a loooong time when i first started =D and thats what i did as well worked on my stretches and handstands and my floor work. I had my room (i miss it soo much!) so i had the mirror and the lights, so it was REALLY fun to work on my floor work ^^!!! if u got a mirror just watch your body~ and try and make ur movements flow rather that just do it know what i mean? =D
hell wed love to see just floor work vdos!
i think some of the gals even just post those because they dont have one yet either so =)
