Getting Started Strength and Conditioning (FREE)

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re interested in starting your pole journey with me!

This section of the website you’re looking at now contains exercise tutorials which focus on proper body mechanics, modifications for all levels and very in-depth training for each exercise. I highly recommend watching all of the tutorials here before working with the strength and conditioning routines.

Here’s a list of items you’ll need for some of these exercise:

  • A pole. No pole? I got you! When we are using the pole as just an anchor for resistance bands, instead of anchoring to the pole you can use the resistance band in the door (the bands come with instructions and an item for this). For other exercises a doorframe will to the trick.
  • A selection of resistance bands. Click here to purchase or browse similar items. The bands I selected come with a massage ball!
