In this program we'll focus on inverts and more fun intermediate level tricks and combos. If you're still having a hard time inverting after the first day in level 2. Go start the 30 day invert program, then come back to Intermediate level 2 once you can invert. Even though we can use a No Invert Gemini to practice some moves having a solid invert will make working on all the other moves much easier.
