Beginner Level 1: Welcome [FREE]
Hi guys, welcome to your level 1 program! This program is where you’ll begin if you’ve finished the 30 day takeoff and you’re wanting to continue building strength while working towards polishing beginner level skills.
There will not be full rest days, but rather active rest. So if you feel the need to take a full day off, that’s ok! Just be sure you don’t skip the active rest days if you choose to take one off because even active rest days provide important information and training. I have structured the program so you will not overwork any muscle groups by training daily.
Here’s a list of the equipment you will need for this program:
- A pole
- A light weight resistance band. Click here to purchase or browse similar items. The bands I selected come with a massage ball.
