BagLadyHow Long Is Your Morning Workout? also- Is It Necessary To Warm Up Before Freestyling Or Does That Act As A Form Of Warm Up? (Sorry About The Caps, Technology Is Wonky)

VeenaMy workouts are anywhere from a half hour to two hours. Yes, you should always warm up before pole dancing. A freestyle isn't a warm up be a style of dance where you have no planned movement, you just go with the flow so to speak.

Loving the 30 day takeoff.. just what I needed to get out of a rut! I find the daily routines perfect in length and intensity and a great way to shakeup a stagnant workout routine. Plus, now I am limber and warmed up to do some practicing
