Before working on this tutorial, make sure you've already watched the Reverse handstand (prep) video; this has important detailed tips for correct finger, hand, and shoulder placement. Learning the Reverse handstand or Elbow stand will be really helpful when working on intermediate and advanced pole moves. Using a Reverse elbow or Handstand is a great way to learn the position for inverted tricks without having to perform a basic invert!

Is this curve due to an injury or just something you've noticed happens. I vid would be helpful :)
I have a deep curve in my spine. What can I do to maintain proper alignment with the pole during handstands? my back automatically curves in pushing my butt out. I'll upload a video to show you what I mean.
The instep of my foot hurts a lot as I place it in the pole and push up, I feel like I must be doing something wrong?
You’re not using the bottom of your foot you’re using the front of your shin for this skill.
