Today I'm sharing my invert tutorial, but I only want you to watch so you'll understand that you'll be learning in steps! I'll see you in Intermediate level 2 or the Invert program. Here's my 30 day invert program link.
Pro tip: As you work on today's pole tricks, take a mental note or look back at any notes, videos or photos of your practice to see how you've improved since starting this program. I can't stress how encouraging it is to remind yourself how far you've come.
Allow the videos to play in order and follow along. Feel free to pause anytime you need to.
Below is a list of direct links to each full length tutorial you worked on in today's session. Remember you only need to click on these if you'd like more help or information.

My pole is really short. Is there a better way to do the pole climbing reps or even a different way? I don't have a lot to work with. My pole is 7ft and I can just do one rep but I can't continually keep climbing. Should I just slide my lower leg grip and regrip?
Yes, I talk about climbing on short poles in the basic pole climb video if you need a refresher https://www.studioveena.com/tutorial/basic-pole-climb-873/
Last day completed ?? Performance side climb was hard but managed 1 climb each side X3 did everything else apart from ckr and car because I'm just recovering from a hysteroscopy I had done Wednesday, loved this programme and I'm starting the 30 day flow , then when finished on to intermediate level 2 whoop whoop ?? x
I’m still here!! Slowly I’ve chipped away at this program but the first trimester has been so exhausting… I’m thinking about focusing on one or two moves at a time. I really like would like for my performance climb to be strong! Thanks Veena ?
?? Don’t forget you can also work on the flow program if this is too much right now. ??
Then I'd say give this program a try. If the inverting gets to be too much or you feel you need to strengthen it, then do the Invert program
Yes but not with grace hehe
Can you Invert yet?
Would you recommend doing the 30 day invert program before or after the Intermediate level 2 program?
I'm probably just having an off day, but man today's session was frustrating! I couldn't seem to do ANY of the tricks except for front hook and attitude spins ? When I try the elbow stand sit up, my butt touches the pole and my stand feels secure, but when I try to lock my legs in CKR, I feel like my lower back arches and there's an uncomfortable pressure. I've been progressing pretty steadily until this point. Would you recommend restarting this level before moving on to level 2?
Are you able to do cross knee release by itself without the elbow stand portion? Also, if you send me a video of your elbow stand set up attempts, I can help troubleshoot to see if it’s just a positioning issue. I would say it’s probably just a bad day but as long as you’re across knee or cross ankle are feeling secure. You can continue to move forward. There’s nothing wrong with starting a program and then dropping back down if it’s too challenging or finding a different one.
I've only managed CKR a few times. Mostly I'm sweaty and sliding out of it, so I finally just ordered some grip aid to see if that will help. I don't feel like it's a lack of strength, but the humidity has not been my friend!! I'm taking a rest day today, but I plan on coming back to this lesson when I'm feeling refreshed, so I'll send a video for troubleshooting after attempt 2
Ok. I totally understand sliding and slipping due to humidity! Hopefully the grip aid will help you! Also, you could try pointing a fan at your pole.
