Today you'll have the opportunity to practice what you've learned so far by working with two combos after warming up and doing a bit of strength work. If you're interested in working with spinning pole, use the toggle switch to see the spinning pole version for today.
Pro tip: Please know that if you're struggling with spinning pole, I suggest you complete my 30 day spinning pole program before using this program with a spinning pole.

Day 6 Watched pole videos done xx
Nice
Oof. This one was rough, and it's only my second day back after almost 3 weeks off the pole while on a 20th anniversary Europe trip with hubby (and of course I came down with a little cold when we got back). Still did the exercises, but let me ask you this: I'm guessing you are basically using a little momentum for fan legs to pole sit and in the pole hold sit after coming out of the side sit? I felt like I was lugging dead weight today. Pleased I could extend my legs back with control using the push grip though.
Congratulations on 20 years ? Coming back is always a little tough at first. Anytime you can safely and reasonably use momentum, you should. Momentum does not mean uncontrolled, it means to use movement to achieve a skill. Yes, use momentum for fan legs, once you’re ready.
Ok, got it. I think I'm also not getting horizontal enough to turn fan legs into a pole sit. I had it before I left on vacation, so I just need to relearn the muscle memory. And thanks!! It was an awesome trip and a great anniversary.
Awesome if you need me to take a look at fan legs to pole sit I’m happy to.
