Pro tip: You might be surprised to learn that strong legs, hip flexors and a good amount of hamstring flexibility is really helpful when working towards your shoulder mounts. No. The pole should be placed closer to the neck of you feel it in the clavicle.
Hi Veena, is it normal to feel the pole (unconfortably) on the clavicle when doing the shoulder rest?
