Today is a rest day, but if you're feeling motivated to work on something, use the Flowmotion routine to gently stretch your hard-working muscles.
Pro tip: I'd love to explain why I feel hula hooping is a complementary apparatus to your pole. I personally love hula hooping as cross-training and warming up for pole and here's why I enjoy my hoops so much:
They're fun to take to festivals and events and easier to travel with than a pole
Hula hooping also allows for expression of music and whole body movement
When working with smaller hoops on your arms, it strengthens the fingers, hands, wrists, and forearms, which also makes it a great choice for warm-ups too
You can hula hoop daily and a gentle, quick warm up will do, if it's needed at all
Working with larger hula hoops improves spinal function, core strength, and overall motor skills
It's fairly inexpensive
