Try to place the pole farther up on the calf, will help.
I have been working on flatline scorpio and one thing that is hurting is my ankle. Any tips on hooking that ankle on the pole? or is it just getting used to the pain and what not....
Good!
This is just what I need. I find flatline scorpio really scary and rarely practice it. I just can't get stable if I try getting into it by sitting up from a gemini and switching my legs. This entry suits me far better. Thanks Veena! :)
Love this -- I've been looking for interesting ways out of a pole sit. Thanks!
I'm trying...the transition to Scorpio not that smooth to me..need more work :)
Oooo, I think I'm going to try this tonight or tomorrow.
You know how I feel about the cold! ❄️
Can't wait till I have a good pole grip day. Cold weather and I don't get a long, even warming up room with space heater. Hoping to soon!
I had to switch my account name because my paypal was connected with my maiden name and that threw off payments bahhh, but anyhow-I tried farther up on my calf and that helped! Now I am fighting trying to get into the allegra and not kill my side! #poleproblems
