That sucks...I really wanted this dvd but I am glad I waited to hear what everyone thought of it 🙁

great news girls! the dvd´s are in and are being sent out as we speak! just got an email from shawn in reply to one i sent earlier today asking for an update. so you lucky ones in the states will probably be getting it in a few days, unfortunately i´ll probably have to wait another 1 or 2 weeks to recieve it here in europe. so whoever gets it first please please tell us all about it!!!! big hug! 🌸 frida 🌸
just got the slink slide melt dvd this morning! but I wont have any time to review it until sat >_< well to realy VEIW it, and do moves. so far it goes over sexy moves i always wondered about haha. good news is it doesn't seem like a disappoint! but youll have to do it on hard floor not carpet

I received mine just last week. I contacted her around the 6th week after ordering and she quickly responded. She was very polite in her email and explained the situation. It took about 9 weeks to receive it but I got it. If you've ordered it and are still waiting, I would give her a chance and not cancel your order just yet.
hmm never done a review yet, i got my dvd 2 weeks ago and like it! haha. It explained moves clearer. I've practiced 3 times, but still have trouble getting my body to move certain ways >_< overall I'm glade it came in. I wasn't disappointed, but the 3 month wait was UGHHHH!!!!! A good floor work vid

Hi Vicki, yeah they are in. Mine arrived over a month ago. She covers a lot of material in the video. Floor work, wall work, pole work (not pole tricks/spins, but movement around the pole not on it). It is a good video. Produced well, packed with moves and tips, music is fine. I do recommend it. But there is one little thing that throws me off. I don't find her sexy and some of the moves seem 'outdated'. Like if you went to a strip club 20 years ago, that's what you'd see. I feel awful for writing that but that's what went through my mind when watching it.

how are you guys liking the video?? does she explain the moves well? seems like an awful long wait when you could just get veena's lessons on here anytime you want for a reasonable price....
I ordered Slink, Slide, and melt. I was REALLY excited, because I've had a really hard time finding this type of video as opposed to the usual toned down "fitness" type, but I ordered mine in November and I haven't gotten it! I don't know if she's having problems with production houses still or WHAT and she's not tellin' because I have e-mailed and e-mailed and gotten zero response. I finally reported her to paypal, but it's too late to open a "dispute". I'm so disappointed. Is anyone else still having issues with this?

I'm so glad to hear these comments I'm furious, I ordered a dvd in december before x-mas and still have not gotten my. I only got one e-mail back from her in February and since then no replies or calls back. I had initially thought about training with her but now I will not. I'm guessinf I'll never get her DVD either
I know that she has a facebook account. I would maybe try contacting her through that. Her last Facebook post was: will be back soon.... After going non-stop with the whole pole biz thing for over 7 years, the last couple of months I had to take some much needed personal time. I ordered a copy in February--hoping that the distribution issues had passed by then, but no such luck. I still haven't received it or even a shipping notification. I also have not received any response to the email I sent inquiring about my order. So, as a result, I initiated a dispute through PayPal this past weekend. No response as of yet, but it's only been 1 business day. We'll see what happens.

I didn't receive any response from the company during the PayPal dispute process, so I've now escalated it to a claim to get my money back. They have a couple more weeks to get around to resolving the issue before I see my money, but at this point I honestly don't expect any response. What a terrible way to run a business.

So... final update: PayPal ruled in my favor and recovered my money. Yay! Lost a few dollars due to exchange rate fluctuations, but oh well. I'm just glad the dispute resolution process actually works. The trick is to be aware of the deadlines and file your dispute before the window of opportunity closes. Never did hear anything from the company. Oh well.

Good for you Kasanya, I had the same problem with my Bobbi Groove dvd 1 from a company someone suggested on the forum. I emailed the company several times with no reply after waiting 35 days for my dvd and I finally filed a dispute with ebay and got my money back after 40 days. I still want that bobbi dvd 1 to learn my spinning moves but the shipping from bobbi's site is $15.00 us for ONE $40.00 dvd. A REAL RIP OFF.
