Has anyone out there seen this video from Shawn Frances Lee? http://slinkycatpower.com/ It's brand new and I'm wondering if it's any good. Looks good from the promo, but you can never tell from that. Shawn Frances also put out Pole Cats 1 (2005) which I don't think I've seen. Wondering about that one too... She's been around a while and has an interview on PoleSkivvies.com that was quite an interesting read. So now I want to buy pole skivvies and these DVDS!! ARGHHH! I'm spending too much on pole stuff!!!

hi me and another member bought this dvd already. i haven't received it yet, hopefully early next month it comes in! looks fun! the price was a bit high for me, so it better be good! i hope she talks you threw moves, and not be just visual. when it comes I'll post a review.

Some great pole instructors have trained with her, so I am really excited about anything she puts out - plus she goes into the dancing so much in this one, I just had to have it - cannot wait until it arrives! Plus it's only the first of a whole series she's putting out this year - so more to come. 🙂 Jennifer P.S. Glad you saw the interview on my site - thanks for coming by, Angel!

I have her Pole Cat I DVD, and I really liked it. I like how she broke everything down in very clear instruction. I like her teaching style and her approach to teaching. It was been a little while sense I have used this DVD, but if you like I can review it tomorrow and let you know what specifically is there. I should be receiving Slink, Slide, Melt in the next two weeks. I will let you know how it is.

Has anyone else received theirs yet? I placed my order on 7/7 and have not received it yet. I was really excited about it, but can't get a response back regarding the order. I was thinking maybe it was on back order or something. It read 4-6 weeks and I am heading into week 8 🙁

I wrote that I wanted a full refund because it had been over six weeks and Shawn wrote me back saying that they had a problem with the distribution house and they had to do the whole order again. That was two weeks ago. If I don't get it this week, I will be emailing again. I understand that sometimes you run into problems but it would be nice if we were kept updated on our order like any other respecting company.

Unfortunately she is not known for being very timely, so it will likely be a long wait. I've contacted her before and it's usually weeks just to get a vague response and then never any follow ups. You may want to contact your credit card company to dispute the charge while you are still able to and re-order once it is confirmed available.

I'm still waiting too! I'm not sure when I placed the order but I'm pretty sure it was late July.

I was going to order it, but now that I've read this, I think I'm going to wait! To be perfectly honest, I had emailed Shawn asking about her certification course a LONG time ago and she didn't get back to me for 3 months or so. In the meantime, I had called up one of her affiliate studios and they told me that she had an injury, but that they'd find out for me and they'd call me back. Never heard back from that studio. I know that stuff happens, but if you're in a business, it would be wise to at least return phone calls, even if you're telling the customer that you don't have any information!

I got a response pretty quick about it. Their first duplication house had technical difficulties so they decided to change to a different one, and re-run the whole mass order. They should start receiving DVD's to distribute by next week.

I got a response pretty quickly too, and I was told the same thing about the duplication house and "we'll be shipping out DVDs next week." My "next week" was two weeks ago. Like I mentioned, I understand that companies run into problems, but tell the customers. Don't make the customer sit and wonder where the order is. We are all still sitting and waiting for a DVD when we don't actually have an updated time frame. It is just frustrating. If I don't get my DVD within the next few weeks, I am going to ask for a full refund.

Hi there, Does anyone have any update on delivery of this DVD ❓ I am going on 8 week wait with no email respond from the site of purchase. I live in Canada so it will take even longer. I AM SO MAD. 😈 They should not be selling dvds if they don't have it in stock. Or at least let us know of the delay. Has anyone received their copy. Is it worth the wait?

Hey everyone, I did get a response back on 9/2 here is the email below. I am watching my mailbox in hopes of getting it soon. Danielle, So sorry about that. I am really not trying to be difficult. We had some technical difficulties in the duplication process. I had to change duplication houses, and run the whole mass order again. I am really sorry for the inconvenience. They will ship as soon as we receive them, which should be early this coming week at the latest. Once again, I apologize, this was never my intention. Sincerely, Shawn

I wrote to Shawn last week through Facebook and she responded that same day which was nice. She said she is hoping they get out this week. Had to switch production houses....... I don't care if I have to wait, just want to be sure it comes at all.

I ordered mine to give myself a birthday present early August and still waiting. 😕 I don't know if I can get a full refund if it will be even longer wait(or if it will come at all?) because I paid with PayPal and I believe the policy for refund has to be within 40 or 45 days of purchase and this is already over that for me. I'm a little mad and a little sad that this takes unbelievably long and still never hear a word about it(I sent an email asking about the situation) I ordered Bobbie's DVDs and they arrived a little less than two weeks on snail mail from Australia. PLUS Bobbie replied to all inquiries from me with VERY quick&VERY warm email! I'm certain that the SLINK,SLIDE DVD will be well worth the money but the emotional expense is a bit costly to me. I was prepared for the 6 weeks wait, but after reading the thread here, I wonder if I have a few more weeks to wait, or worse yet, wondering if it will ever come? 🤔

The last response I got back was dated 9/2 stating that it would ship within the week and it is almost a month later and still no DVD. It kinda sucks because I can't just request a refund via paypal as it is beyond the 45 day period policy. When I first saw the preview of the DVD I was really excited and rushed to order it immediately. Well let's just say my excitement has worn wayyyyyyyyyy off and I hope this is worth the wait. I still don't understand how something like a DVD was sold that was not even sitting on the shelf to be shipped.

I know how everyone feels. Thats why I asked for a refund two weeks ago directly from the company. She refunded it through paypal and it says its been completed, but I'm still waiting for it to hit my bank account.
