Kasanya, that sucks so hard!! I'm happy you got your money back. I must have been lucky because I ordered and recieved the vid some time back. I think there was a delay, but I got it eventually. I wonder what happened to her? Thats so wierd!! Maybe I should sell you my copy....let me know if you are interested. Joni, Bobbi's DVD's are expensive, but the exchange rate brings it down a little, I think to around $35. I have all her DVDs and they are invaluable. I've learned a lot from them, especially spinner techniques as there really isn't a US dvd available that teaches spinny. I treat myself once a year on my birthday to her Miss Pole Dance Austrailia DVDs which come to about 50 with shipping included. OMG they are GREAT!!! I suggested to Sissy Buns that she reach out to Bobbi and get a distribution thing going for her houseofpole website. She said she was gonna....haven't heard any news yet, but maybe if she gets it going, the dvds will be more affordable.

Does anyone know any other ways i can get my money back? It's been too long for paypal and i can't get a reply off shawn. Im really frustrated cos it's a fair bit of money to me :/

Did you pay using a credit card? If so, check what kind of purchase protection they offer. You may be able to dispute it through your credit card company directly. If you didn't, well, you're probably SOL. =/ Good luck!

Is this DVD for real? Is Shawn Frances taken people money and then let everyone hanging? 2 months! That is ridiculous. I tried to order the DVD. The website kept saying, " Check back." When i check back....the dvd is out of stock. That was 2 months ago. Has anyone actually received a DVD? Boy i sure like to have a copy.

Hello everyone, I was about to post a tread about this DVD "Slink, Slide and Melt" and found that it has been already posted. I can't find this DVD anywhere, neither on Amazon, nor on the urbanfertilitydancer.com. I am curious to know if you were satisfied with this DVD. Do you think there is any added value in this DVD, comparing to the available lessons on SV and in Alethea's DVDs? Eventually, I would be interested in purchasing it if you wish to get rid of it.
There was someone looking for it earlier this year also. There are so few copies that actually got sent that I think you are going to have a really really really hard time finding one.

I found it online last year on some obscure site and ordered it. I never received it and when I contacted Shawn it took her forever to respond. When she finally did take the time to respond, her response was almost exactly what others have cited here. In a nutshell, she kept saying she'd mail it and she never did so I ended up getting a refund. You'd be better off trying to find someone with a copy they want to sell than trying to buy it from her. Sad because I've heard from many that it's a good DVD.

I had tried to find it also... but I couldn't. Then I read here that many people had been frauded so I changed my mind entirely on that particular DVD. Alethea Austin released two DVDs recently, Sexy Fundamentals and Floorwork and they are HOT! I'm building up my moves using them and she is reputable to order from. I also youtube to get inspiration for sultry sexy moves from other dancers.
