ooh how fun! although i can't do the splits...does that mean i'm disqualified? Lol. But I've been stretching every day and I'm getting closer! I'm bad at choreography so I'm just going to free style it and try to remember what i have to do....i'll write it on my arm or something so I don't forget! 😀 I can't do the splits either but I'll do my version of a split LOL. Bent knees and all!
do it imo =) theres no disqualifications!

The hardest part is getting everything to fit in 90/60 seconds and making it look like a DANCE! Try to figure out what combination of moves flows best and in what order so that it doesn't look like a series of tricks but looks like a dance instead. I'm seeing some great vids already! 😀

Oh my goodness. This will be my first monthly challenge. You girls really don't mess around. I'd better stretch for this.

Hi think i would like to try this one by split do you mean the splits or like a split grip sorry new to this and cant do the splits but would like to do the 90 secs 🫡

Oh and P.S. Can there be more than just the required moves in the 90 seconds (IF there is time left over) or is it restricted to what is being asked for, i.e. 2 spins, 20 secs floor work, etc.

Those are the minimums 😉 It's just a challenge. You won't get disqualified or something if you just end up doing whatever you want LOL. It's all for fun! 😁
I just want to cry! I can't get this challenge right to save my life! I am so freaking mad at myself!!! I can't seem to remember what the heck I am suppose to do next! Keep working on it! You'll get it figured out!

I'm still saying a pose is from the floor...and a hold is up on the pole to me. I was also assuming an inner thigh hold would mean without our hands (thighs only) but in the example she is doing moves that involve hands, so which ever way, I'm gonna go for no hands and pose from the floor. 😀 Don't stress to much about it, this is just a good place to give you all a starting point, don't worry if the moves you choose are not the "proper" moves. Just do your best. I still have to decide on which moves I wanna do!!
For the amateur, can anyone tell me what a 1 half spin is? Also, what's an example of a pose done on the floor?
I hope I can find the time to do this one! My shoulder is all buggered (seeing the doctor tomorrow) and I've got super homework stuff! But I'm gonna try!
