This is all little challenging to share and make public - but I'm going to try! I have to say that my upper body is ROCKIN' right now!! I have been a licensed massage therapist since December 2008 and since then I have done almost 1000 hours of massage and my body has been transformed! My arms, chest, and back still look very feminine and beautiful - but are TOTALLY muscular now. If you would have told me that I would have been in this good of shape a year ago - I would have laughed! But I have seen myself blossom with confidence as my career has blossomed and my body has developed. In fact, I don't even think that I would have ever thought that I could pole if I hadn't seen what my body could do in a year's time! 🥂 So with that said - I love my arms, hands (my skilled money makers and healers), my clavicle, neck, and face (and I still look 5 years younger than I am - yayyyaah!) My breasts are fairly small and i love them that way! My eyes are deep and brown - which though was boring growing up, but now I see them as intriguing. My hair is a luxurious, shiny mane - that makes hair stylists swoon. I'm still working on the belly - since my hips decided to go - Boom BOOM! - within the last 2 years. I'm often hard on my self for not having the sculpted belly like some polers - but I'm becoming more comfortable with it. But my hips look hella sexy when i walk around the pole and do hip rolls! Used to never like my legs - but they too are becoming powerhouses and more sculpted! And I love my feet and toes - high arches - very feminine - they allow me to dance, dance, dance, like there's no tomorrow! I have to say that I was tinier for most of my life (like a size 2! and now I wonder how that ever happened) - but I love myself and my body so much more now that it's not as "perfect" (even when I see 19 year old girls walk by and I think "I used to have a belly and ass that small!") And for someone who's spent so much of my life in my own head - I take such good care of my body now and take pride in it!! 😀 Yay me!!
I love my HOOTLETS!!!!!! Boobies that is!! Also know as... thing one and thing two. 😂 🤓 Hootlets!! HAHAHA! I love it Veena!! 😂 I also have to say that I love that all of our ladies in the UK say "bum" - it makes me smile! ☀️

Ok i've shied away fom this topic for far too long! I like my smile, my eyebrows (weird, huh?), I like my legs, even though theyre fairly short! (i know we cant have buts, but can we have 'even though's?). Em, I like my hair, because it's different! And it gives me my fiery temper haha! I like my tummy, and it's already starting to look better after the christmas splurge, wahey 👍 I like my chest area, like collarbones and that, and hey, my boobies aren't half bad either! Great topic!

wow! what an amazing thread!!!!!!!!! thank you so much for creating this thread 🙂 i love my long legs i love my big lips i love my long fingers i love my big booty- stretch marks and all i love my tiny waist and big hips proud and thankful to be me, imperfections and all i guess 🙂 🙊 🌸 😀 🥂
I love my height, 5'10.5", I'm a force to be reckoned with when I slap on my 7" stilettos! 💪 LOVE my long shapely legs I love my hips, butt, and boobies (just the right size) I love my blue eyes I love my fair skin and dark hair Yay!!!! That was FUN! 🥂 😀
If I were to be honest I love all of me! 😀 I am very tall (I stand at 5"10 without my 5.5 inch heels!) and slim and for the majority of my life (I'm 27) I saw this as a major hang up. I had always felt like a freak of nature as I am the tallest one out of my friends, even standing amongst a crowd I was taller than most people - including men who were and still are intimidated by my height! People would also make negative comments about my weight which would get me down and my self esteem would just plummet. But that is all in the past as I have learnt to embrace my physical experience, any negative or snidey comments about my weight I put down to jealousy. I love that I have a figure with my tall stature, with a little booty to match 😉 I love my legs as they are endlessly long especially with my killer heels, my toned stomach, but most of all I love my smile. 😀
FANTASTIC THREAD! It was a lovely thought from a lovely person that got this going.... I love my blue eyes I love my long wavy hair I love my toned tanned legs I love my hands (they make beautiful art) I love my voice (it lets me sing) I love my broad and toned back I love my curvy butt n hips - hello hourglass figure I love my slim wrists I love my feet (they have carried me so far - and look hot in heels! 😛) I love my lips I love my tiny ears I love my freckles I love my cute nose I love my teeth (no fillings and no braces needed!) ooo and i love my collarbone/shoulder/decolletage area... such a sexy body part on a woman wow i think ive sent enough love to myself for now - then again, can there ever be too much? I think we r tempted to balance out the self-praise with nagative comments because maybe we dont want to be considered full of ourselves.... but i think its much better to overestimate urself than it is to underestimate yourself when it comes to body self-image! Thanks for the lovely love
Maybe it's sad, but.... I've stared this thread down and read it almost every single day when it was posted, I've seen what everyone else has said, I think it's a great idea, and I'm in the best shape of my life, but I still can't think of anything to put here. There's nothing about me or my body that I love enough to state it that way. You girls are lucky to even be able to find something, lucky that you think of yourselves that way. Maybe someday.

I hope that's the case, truly. Certainly there is something, even if it's just a little thing? Shiny hair? Full lips? Pretty toes? Just put one thing, one teeny tiny little thing, and post it with happiness. 🙂

It's definitely against my instincts to be so vain.... but it's also feels good to see those things I love about my body - so here goes -I love my legs. Any chance I get I want to point my toes and flaunt those sexy soft legs! -I love my feet when I wear heels. -I am very happy with my firm and perfectly sized butt =) Not too in your face, but not flat and non-existant. And it goes great with my feet and legs- A perfect combo!! -I like my stomach- when I'm aware of my posture 😉

Great thread!!!! And I took the time to read what all you gals like about yourselves and Im so proud of you all! I love the word Hootlets! Thanks for increasing my vocabulary Veena! I actually find this hard!. I mean really hard! I think most of us are programmed not to compliment ourselves and thats really sad isnt it? Soo....Im going to try name a part of me that I like and dont have a negative comment about! Here goes... *thinking*........ I like my mouth. I have nice lips and a good set of front teeth and when I smile I smile nice and big! There I did it!!! BUT I feel antsy about it so Im gonna click 'Submit' real fast!!!!
I actually find this hard!. I mean really hard! I think most of us are programmed not to compliment ourselves and thats really sad isnt it? That is EXACTLY why I started this thread. We're taught that to like something about our physical selves means that we are somehow vain, but why? Why does it make us vain to appreciate the beauty we have? We are taught to appreciate beauty in everything else...why not in our own physicality? ❓

Oh, this is easy for me because I'm so in love with myself. I really like the way I look now as I was such an ugly duckling child who was teased alot. Then came the 60lbs I gained after the twins that took me 2 years of feeling depressed and unattractive till I finally said enough is enough. So I worked hard to lose the weight. Now ,I am in the best shape of my life at 43. I just love myself. 🥂 I love my lips 😛 I love my tiny waist and big boobs 👸 I love that at 43,I still don't have a single wrinkle 🫡 I love my strength 👍 I love that 20 year olds still hit on me. 🤸

Romance, I'll say having just looked at your profile pictures you have Plenty to love.... you have a beautiful smile, big blue eyes, a great body that holds a pole sit long enough to take a picture... that's something to love! Come on girl give it a try! Love yourself! Take a look in the mirror and see the beauty the rest of us see! And here's mine. I love my legs... I've always had nice long lean sexy legs. I love my eyes. They are hazel... look really brown when I'm tired and bright green when they're wet. I love my hands & nicely manicured nails. I have cute feet. And I love that for the first time in my life my stomach has muscle definition ! Thanks to my pole, I have abs.
I love my eyes... a hint of Chinese and a lot of fire n' passion. Raaawwwrrrrr. 😉 I guess that is why I always base my makeup around my eyes. I love my quirky nature... sets me apart. 💪 It's fun to surprise people because they assume I'm one way. MUAHAHAHAAHA, you never know what to expect. I love big boobs... they came naturally. 🧿

I love my chest, shoulders, arms and back! oh, and I think I have a pretty nice butt too. (One of the girls in my pole class told me that, and who am I to disagree??) lol
ok here goes... I love my skin, it's soft, smooth and somehow elastic enough for me to have had two kids and have no stretch marks 🙂 I love my tummy too, it is smaller and flatter now than when I was younger and I like the way I have two gentle vertical lines running either side of my belly button that make it look like I exercise a lot more than I actually do! In some lights my eyes are a pretty dark blue with grey flecks. I try to stay focused on these bits ☀️

Seriously Ploedanceromance you have a body most would kill for and a sparkling smile that screams sexy - kind - fun - and approachable - NOT an easy combination to pull off I might add 😀
PoledanceRomance, I looked at your profile pics. Hands down, it's a no-brainer: you have a classic movie star face--perfect facial features, a long graceful neckline, a warm smile, luscious long hair and curls. Check out you own silouette/profile side view shot. It is sheer perfection. As for me, I guess I'd say legs--just because I bike ride and the muscle development is OK. I desperately want to get rid of my belly. I hate my stomach and flabby abs and love handle remnants that sag around my lower back. I am wroking on that whole lower waist area in 2010 Joel
Poledanceromance you are beautiful have a real good look at yourself and I'm sure you'll see it too. The more comments I read the more I think yes I like that part of me too so fab topic glad it's up here. I love the natural curve of my eyebrows (they take a bit of taming but that's cool), my smile, my boobs, my nipped in waist giving my a curvy hour glass shape, I love my bum and I even love my little tummy as I've recently realised it's a womanly thing we are designed to have curves. Since I started pole dancing I've become more confident in my body and am less self concious now despite weight gain over the years than I was when I was younger and a uk size 8 and now even think I was probably too skinny then gotta love the curves. Cxxx

I am the most self loathing person I know, but here is my best shot. I really like my 40DD boobs and thick thighs!

I think its amazing the way all you girls have been talking positively about your bodies! Too many times I see gorgeous women who do not see how OBVIOUSLY amazing and beautiful they look and its a shame and a crime and I sometimes wonder if they are JOKING or something when they talk about themselves. 99% of the people on this forum should be able to write a book or fill pages and pages with text about how great they look! And we are all doing a sport that can really really build a nice toned body. THANK YOU to whoever started this post! It's refreshing to see girls that think highly of themselves (as they should)!! Male or female, CONFIDENCE IS SEXY!

Aw this is so nice. 😀 Thanks for starting this thread! 2 years ago I had this crazy 'epiphany'...I was with my boyfriend...it was about 5am and we were pretty drunk, it was a hot summers night and we'd been out. I remember feeling really self conscious because I was wearing shorts and quite a skimpy top and they were a bit too small for me and I thought looked fat, kept pulling my top down to cover my tummy etc...anyway I complained "Ugh, my clothes don't fit me" and he mumbled "Well you always look hot to me" and I rolled my eyes and got into bed with him. We were lying there for ages and I was having silly drunk, emo thoughts about everyone I knew who had problems/ pain in their lives and I (having an amelie moment) said "I wish I could make everyone I knew happy" And my bf said. "Well the first step towards that is to be happy yourself." And then it clicked. It was such an obvious thing he said, and he was half asleep and had no idea what impact he had just made on me but it was like I suddenly saw clearly. It was almost like a spiritual experience I swear. I had a LOT of stupid issues in my teens, depression and quite a serious eating disorder...and I'd never been happy with how I looked. But suddenly everything made sense. Why can't we (especially women) just accept compliments? When my bf had said to me "You always look hot to me" why couldn't I just accept that compliment, why did I roll my eyes disbelievingly. Why do we always have to answer "Oh thanks but I HATE this part of me" or "no I look awful". It is true that...unless you really love yourself it's so hard to open up and love others. And you can't expect people to respect you if...you don't respect yourself. I suddenly realised that...I was a nice person. I look fine. My body is fine. Theres nothing WRONG with me. In fact theres a lot of stuff RIGHT about me. I was, for the very first time...completely happy to be me. It was such an overpowering feeling that I don't think I'd felt since I was a kid, and I started to cry a little bit because I was so happy. Obviously then my bf sat up, alarmed saying "WHATS WRONG WHY ARE YOU CRYING??" because he had no idea what had just happened in my head, heh...but I reassured him I was fine, and went into the bathroom, and I turned on the lights and I remember looking at myself in the mirror... and the clothes that I had been wearing that hadn't fit 10 minutes ago...were completely fine. They fit PERFECTLY. I was completely amazed. They looked SO much better. Now thats body dysmorphia for you! When I was thinking negative thoughts about my body, I had thought my clothes hadn't fit at all, kept riding up...and as soon as that cloud was lifted...they fit. PERFECTLY. ANYWAY. Long story short! I hope every one of you ladies has an experience like that someday and realises how beautiful you really are! Because you are! And when people compliment you, usually they are being completely sincere so accept it! 🤸 😁 🌸 So back on topic lol... I like my legs. 😀 I have quite muscley legs but they're long so the muscle looks good. They are slim but quite shapely. They look awesome in heels! 🥂 II also had this same talk with my bf. It took a min to get but now I am much happier than I was when we first got together. I am more positive about my workouts and I am actually open and can see as to where I am losing the weight at. So for my choices! I love my eyes! Boobs! And FEET! Ha ha my favorite part.
