Awesome thread. 🥂 I love my smile I love my tiny boobs I love my sexy bum! I also love my back, it looks nice and thanks to pole it actually has muscles. I also love my abs and am working on making them more visible 😀
I have to say I love my cleavage, its gotten me free drinks and out of speeding tickets 😀 I am notorious around here for knocking myself about my body but I need to remember that I am fortunate enough to have all my limbs and my body parts are all in full functioning order and it does everything its supposed to do, something a lot of people don't have. I shouldnt spend so much time worrying about having a belly when I am able to wake up and be 100% healthy every single day.

Well said glitterhips!! I'm taking a deep breath... here we go... (crazy how difficult this is!) I love my arms. They show off the best muscle definition in my body and I know I can trust them to pull me up a cliff, up the pole, or just through my day. They are also the only body part I've ever been complimented on by random people. That's gotta be a good sign, right?! I love my legs. They are long, toned, strong, and talented. They can tele, run, climb, dance, mountaineer, and - oh yeah - get me up that pole! They look spectacular in heels. I love my smile. It's super white, super huge, and super naturally easy. I wear it 98% of my day and find it really hard to frown. It's gotten me everything from tips to directions to "just a warning" to my man. I'm a teacher and my kids have asked me why I smile ALL the time. Did you know it takes way more muscles to frown than it does to smile?! Whew! Not so bad once you start typing! I also love learning about Operation Beautiful and am going to start carrying an extra sticky pad and a Sharpie around with me. I can only imagine how seeing one myself would make me smile! Thank you for starting this thread and getting us all thinking beautiful thoughts!
I most love my wicked sense of humour 😈 Physically I love my shoulders, butt, and consequently the overall curves of my body. I have been told my face is alright too, some big ol' eyes and an infectious smile 😀 **must...not....feel...need...to...say...negative....comment.....arrggh its so hard!**
Well sitting here reading all of your post's has made me smile, and the post has come at a much needed time!! I am going through a im not good enough stage, and the post has lifted my spirits!! So here goes..... I love my cheeks ( on my face) I love my Bum, i love the way it wobbles 😀 I love the way my skin feels ( like a baby) I love my eyebrows and...... Somtimes i love my little boobs, especially around the time of my lady days because they get plumper and look quite sexy... 😳 arghhhhhhh that felt so wrong to say ha ha my fingers have tensed up I feel good now 😀
Great thread! I have AMAZING breasts--really, they've gotten me a lot of perks! I love my eyes, always have, and one thing I discovered through poling is that I have really nice legs! I always thought they were too fat and cellulite-ridden to be attractive, but when I saw my pix of my CAR, I was like, "damn, I never realized they were so long and nicely shaped!" I love my hair too. It's kind of my toy! Loved your story, Halfjack! Speaking of cellulite, my husband helped me gain perspective on that. One night we were watching an "adult" film together and I noticed one of the women--who is a MAJOR star in this field--had cellulite on her butt and upper thighs, and I'm like "OMG, she's got cellulite!" My husband looked at me blankly and asked what that was. When I told him, he just stared at me and said "So?" I was like "whoa!" He later explained that men don't really see or care about the cellulite, what they see and care about is naked female hotness!! Needless to say, since that moment, I have gotten over my self-consciousness about cellulite! My love gave me a gift of perspective that day 🎅 and I'll always be grateful! 😀
Ok this is a great thread, feeling a little rubbish about myself lately so forcing myself to look at the things I love instead of focusing on the things I dislike it exactly what I need right now.... I love my eyes, I think they are my favourite I have an amazing smile, braces just came off after 3 years! I have a great bum I have lovely feet I love my hair I have nice shoulders too Great to hear everyone say such nice things about themselves xxx
What dont I love about myself. Im so conceited and vain hence reason why my alias all over the net are bluntedessence, sexytoni, toniessence. lol. But to be more specific, I love my milky skin color and its even tones, my eyes are just beautiful, my hair is luxurious hence the reason I take such good care of it, my booty is perfectly round shaped (baby got back), love my thighs, I have the most beautiful feet (treat them so well)
I LOVE MY STOMACH! i really wanted to carry on to say but I dislike my bum! But I will just say I love my tummy!!! And, I love my hair AFTER about a million hours of straightening, it is so thick! i love it! I really like this forum!! 😀 oh oh oh! i love my height (5ft9) but the fact I have little feet for my size, (size 5 uk, mmmmm US 7.5, i think) x x
I like my hair cause it is still silky smooth despite the years of chlorine damage I've done to it. I like my eyes, very blue. I like my legs, they're really strong. I like my shoulders (apparently very wide for a girl but I love em) I like my back, same reasoning as why I like my legs. I like my tummy with it's two-pack at the top (all that I've ever had and prob ever will) and slight pooch at the belly button.
So it may sound dumb, but i had a little practice on my pole, and then i took pictures of the bits i love about me ( posted previously) So maybe all you lovely ladies should do that to re-affirm just how beautiful our lovely bits are!!!
So, I saw this thread, and it's kinda hit a chord with me, because I've been going through some body issues lately, and I've been trying to get myself to the point where I don't mind the way I look. I've beaten (mostly) my depression, and though I still have the anxiety, I've been much better about not being abusive to myself. However, the physical form is still something I'm critical of...I see so many beautiful women while I'm at school, on Deviant art, and watching pole videos. Thin, well-toned, long-legged, beautiful women. However, on the other side of that, my husband disagrees that these women are what he would want, and many people tell me I look much smaller than I apparently think I do (when I tell them I'm 165 pounds, they ask me where I keep it all!), and how envious they are of my proportions, my pretty face, my long legs, and especially, my skin. SO, I've decided to make the conscious effort to really, seriously, honestly look at myself for about a day, and see what it is I like. To be less critical, and more accepting of myself. I believe this is one of the best steps I could take toward self-love. So, without further ado: -I love my legs. They're long, shapely, and look great when I wear heels. -I love my waist. It's small, gives me that hourglass look, and looks awesome in a corset! -I love my breasts. While large (When did I ask for size E boobs??) they are still well cared for, lifted (even without the bra) and help to balance out the hips. -I love my hands. They're big and have long fingers. -I love my eyes. They're just like my moms' eyes, and are apparently one of the features the husband likes best! 🥂 I'd say, personally, those are the easy parts! Now, I've gotta work on the hard parts! 🤸 🐱
I will also add that I have had many comments about my toes. Not really sure about that one but I will take it. It is usually men that comment and I would say that most if not all of them had some sort of foot fetish. RM...I get the same comment about my weight all the time. I get guessed a lot lighter and also my size gets guessed at much smaller than what I am. I don't have issue with either because I gave that up a long time ago (I am more concerned with health and BF than I am with a weight).
Lets see... My favorites would be my eyes, chest, stomach, and legs. Oh and long hair! 😀 I actually set a goal to accept my looks and wrote about it on 43 things if you want to see how I did it. I have a few "I look horrible" days but it doesn't happen that much anymore. Also if your wondering how to figure out what clothes looks good on you check it out as well. I used a resource that covers 48 shapes (not 5!) that goes by your height, weight, and shape. Its great! http://www.43things.com/how_i_did_it/view/45034/how-to-feel-beautiful Women are truly beautiful!
I'm so happy that so many people are posting to this thread--and that everyone's trying really hard not to put any BUTs in except for the booty kind!! When I give someone a compliment, I'm always puzzled if they downplay it. I wouldn't say it if I didn't think it were true. Why, then, when others compliment me, do I downplay it? I know how it feels to be on the other side. Or why is it so hard to pay a compliment to myself? NO MORE! Say it with me, ladies!! 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂
NO MORE!!!! WOOO HOOOO!!! 🥂 ☀️ 👸

I love my HOOTLETS!!!!!! Boobies that is!! Also know as... thing one and thing two. 😂 🤓
I love my quick smile and twinkling eyes. I love my long neck and my collar bones. I love my breasts and nipples. My nipples were inverted as a kid, but time and 11 months of nursing has made them pokey! I love my pale skin. I love my hips, the way they move. I love my looooong legs. After almost every class w/ the full length mirrors, I come out saying "damn, I have long legs!" I love my pointed toes. I also love my uterus and vagina. They performed a miracle housing and delivering my little girl. That's sort of more "inside" though. 😀 Mindy (I couldn't resist naming more than one, or the others would get jealous!) 😁
I can't choose one thing. I love my TINY butt (it was always small, but now it's nearly non-existant)...like SO small you could barely squeeze it. The other day my bf literally couldn't find it. I love my rib cage. I love that I can see it again when I invert and when I arch. I missed my rib cage. I used to see it all the time as a kid. I love my long, sculpted legs. I looked down in the mirror in class recently and went holy sh*t my legs are thin, long and shapely (lol, like you Mindy!!). We did a routine with heaps of on-the-toes squats today in class and my instructor afterwards went "Amy, you look great, you've lost SO much weight!" today and I had to tell her I've not lost anything, but have been toning more. Must be the NOT dieting and just eating what and when my body tells me to. I love my arms and their little muscles that are getting stronger. I love my long, bony hands, especially when my nails get long (which they're doing a lot more of lately...the not dieting again?). This one is probably weird but I love my body hair (and I hate that I have to remove it on the bottom half of my legs so I can stick and other areas so that I can pole in live public without grossing people out), it's there to protect me, my sensitive skin much prefers when it's there and I'm far happier forgetting about time consuming hair removal...and it's a little bit REBEL to be a hairy woman... (and my bf doesn't care either way).
LOL, this is a great thread. I'm pretty happy with my body. I have 3 kids and worked hard to get it to where it's at, but I've never stood in front of the mirror and tried to focus in on the good parts. I'm usually scanning to see what needs more attention in the gym LOL. So to look at myself differently and find what didn't need help was interesting. Here's what I came up with 😀 I love my eyes, I've always thought they were my best feature. My shoulders and back and arms because they show the most definition and that makes me feel strong. My biceps are huge and I'm always trying to give people tickets to the gun show. I love my legs because they're long and slinky and dramatic. I love my hair because it's thick and full, like lion! I love my new archy left foot and I love my smokin hot cast, cuz it's sexy!!!!!
ya know when this site strated (and i offically became a pole addict ..hi, my name is pole-twista & i am an addict... "hiiiii pole-twista".. LOL 😜 ) i thought it was just going to be a great place to learn more about poling and maybe dieting or whatever. 📚 i never expected to get to know or atleast converse with some of the most amazing, suppourtive, encouraging, kind, funny, people i have ever come across. 👑 👸 🥂 i just want to say i love you guys like a second family and i am forever gratful for the things i have learned and been part of in this community. 🦇 ☀️ i am learning to love myself as is more, having a more "can do " attitude towards everything, not just pole work, found a huge passion in hooping that i probably never would have realized if not for the wonderful people out here, ... ❗ 💣 💡 👍 i just feel like i am a better person for having joined this community. 🏛️ not to be sappy or get all heavy on you guys, just wanted to give a huge shout out of thanks, love, and appreciation! ***HUGS*** 🌸 🌸 🌸 🌸
I dont know about anyone else but every since reading this thread my confidence about my body has gone up. The other day I was in the studio and my under armor tank kept riding up. I kept it up instead of rolling it down all the time. Today I actually looked in the mirror and said 'holy cow, im starting to look thin!' I never saw myself in that light before.
😀 😀 😀 it was probably rolling up because you are losing weight!

I love my eyes, my smile, boobs and I love the fact that my hair is not starting to turn grey, eventhough my mum started to turn grey when she was 22! Thank you so much for those genes, Dad!! 😀
