Eva what you are not realizing is that you are not being misunderstood. We understand that you are NOT saying to make rude comments to people posting videos. We understand that you think people are getting excessive compliments for performances that don't seem to live up to those comments. We understand that you feel it would be helpful if others would tell people in a polite way how they could improve. What people are trying to make you realize is that although they understand clearly what you are saying they prefer not to give nice advise and just enjoy the videos and give compliments wether even if someone could improve on certain areas in their performance.

I think it has a lot to do with your approach as well! If someone were insensitive to say something like ”That was just ok, nothing special” and proceeded to criticise me, I would definitely be butthurt. It would be much different if someone were to offer suggestions by wording it more kindly, like ”Congrats on getting X move! If you turn out your hips a little more, maybe that'll help.” I think we are all well aware of the fact that we aren't perfect and we all have areas that could be worked on. If we didn't, there would be no drive. I think it is just common courtesy to approach these things with respect, which may be a cultural thing. With that being said, it would be silly for me to take the time to post something false on someone's video. If I say something, I truly mean it!
