Hello friends. Today I wanted to share links to all of my Ayesha content. I also want to remind everyone that I’ll be teaching you 4 different grips, and I also provide instruction for static and spinning pole. You’ll find I have some great tips for Ayesha on spin, as it can be a tricky one to maintain balance. Let’s go!

If you’re someone who like to dive right into trick tutorials, here’s my wonderful Ayesha Tutorial so much information in this one video.

If you prefer to take things slow, which is always my suggestion for home training, then start with the 30-day Ayesha program. This program is for anyone who has never tried the Ayesha before. It’s also a great option if you’re looking to clean up your lines, entries and exits for this trick.

This is my Veena’s Tips for Ayesha video. This is a great option for those who have been working on their Ayesha and prefer a class like video full of tips and drills you can use to improve this skill.

My Veena’s tips for Split grip is free and will also provide more helpful information when it comes to using a split grip for Ayesha.

This Instagram video provides help for those who struggle to feel secure in Split grip Ayesha.

This Instagram video shares why using the D entry to Ayesha might not work for everyone.

If you’re a hyper mobile pole dancer my Joint Health Routine is a must to help protect your joints and provide better stability in this pose!

Be sure to read all of the descriptions for every tutorial. The descriptions provide more information and links.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks for sharing. I’m glad you were ok! Yeah the Ayesha is definitely something to work towards slowly. I teach the cartwheel and other mount options after you learn Ayesha from a Caterpillar or Gemini.
