Today you’ll do training to help strengthen leg lines again, which you now understand can help prevent the bent knee issue when inverting into a straddle pose.
Pro tip: Remember to record yourself when you work on new skills. This allows you to look at the footage and compare it to my videos so you can catch mistakes on your own. It also provides footage you can share with me if you need help troubleshooting. It’s also great to look back at your first tries to remind yourself how far you’ve come, as our minds like to forget! Strive for progress, not perfection.
