You’ll be working on 2 different grip options, choose the one that feels best and work with that grip first! Once you become comfortable with your preferred grip, try the other one. Have a look back at the Armpit grips tutorial if you have questions I may not have addressed in this tutorial.

You’ll learn static pole and on spinning pole I’ll show you how to enter both forwards and backwards!

        1. Ok, I was able to watch the video. I think you need to bring your hips even farther in front of the pole. Like much farther than you would think. Good luck, let me know how it goes.
