Straight Edge

This trick is also called the Candle Stick and for this tutorial will focus on the forearm grip but here are a few other grips you can try as well:
- Split grip (true)
- Split grip (twisted)
- Split grip (cup)
- Elbow grip
- Football grip
I’ll also teach you two of my favorite ways to enter this pose on spinning pole! Despite what you might have been told or think you don’t need to be able to do a freestanding handstand to hold a Straight edge. It does help, but it’s not a prerequisite for this trick.
